“I came here at the recommendation of a friend, and discovered such a cute plant shop! All of there plants are in such great health, reasonably priced and they even have an assortment of propagations available. Astrid was very helpful and knowledgeable about their Inventory, and It was hard to walk away with only two new plants, including this more rare Monstera Peru! They will have specialty items, including rare and unique specimens at Different times, which means I need to come back more often! So excited that I came!”

“I've been shopping at this store ever since it opened up great staff wonderful product this year the products kind of downsized specially no Mark Roberts and that's the quality of stuff that's coming out so I can't blame the store but one thing I can say is you've got a few people there that are just absolutely wonderful. You've got one person who thinks she runs the gift shop And I've said something all the way to the manager at corporate and when you have to deal with her like I did yesterday I'm finally writing a review I can I'm a retired schoolteacher and I have a great personality but when I have to have work with someone who has an attitude she's new to the gift shop she got transferred from the Sugarland store I wasn't gonna say anything, but after yesterday and having to deal with her on the phone and her not being able to help me out is not acceptable like I told John peters I'll give anybody the benefit of the doubt but compassion and how another person treats. Another staff person here is not acceptable. We see that we were the Customer, we come in here. I spent a lot of money in this Cornelius , I eventually drove all the way to the Sugarland store where Terri was transferred and had the utmost attention 100% service from Terri and the staff there that should tell you something and this person that they put at the Voss store used to be at the Sugarland store, so what I'm saying is that kindness goes a long way and I don't know how you can fix a person who's has such an attitude and think she's queen of Sheba . Oh by the way, when this person's not there there's the staff is so relaxed in the gift shop and upfront and anywhere on go on Thursdays and Sundays when that person is not here and I feel so relaxed, but when I go in the gift shop and have to deal with Queen Sheba I'm sorry and I told John Peters in person why ? I'm still giving the Voss store a 5 star rating because of all the wonderful staff are like family to me there I'm there almost every other day merry Christmas and hopefully a blessed new year JPO”

“Houston Bamboo did a fantastic job of installing bamboo for me here in austin. The plants they brought were in excellent condition and the installation met my very demanding requirements, making it just right. The result is a beautiful bamboo privacy screen.I'm also happy that they'll help manage the freeze tolerant bamboo they installed. This stuff is good to zero degrees, but it has to be managed and Houston Bamboo has the expertise to make sure it doesn't become a problem.”

“We came here on a trip to Houston and my sister wanted to buy some chickens before we went home. Never did we think we would buy an Ayam Cemani!! We got this sweet boy, a Guinea fowl, and some other chicks of different breeds. The guy helping us was very helpful and kind, we’re keeping our promise of taking care of his beloved rooster and we definitely will come back the next time:) the rooster is named Bartholomew and he came all the way from Texas to his new home in Alabama:)”

Additionally they were very punctual and arrived on time and stayed till the work was done. The Nursery in itself was larger than we expected and has a wide variety of trees and shrubs to choose from. we highly recommend this nursey. “This store has unique korean housewares and cosmetics that you won't find at H Mart so it's worth checking out! I was able to find colanders that strained out the side (for washing rice or quinoa), rice dispensers, a pink two tiered dish rack, cute floral ceramic ended silverware, adjustable drawer dividers, floral aprons and seat cushions, etc. Staff is very friendly but the store and it's aisles are very small. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.”

“My husband and I just finished our project with Klein! Working with them has been seamless from start to finish.Just some background - over the past couple of months, I had reached out to at least 10 contractors for our drainage and landscaping needs for an older home we recently purchased. Only 4 companies got back to me with an estimate, and we decided to go with Klein Landscaping due to the great reviews, responsiveness, willingness to work with us, and value.I had been in contact with Eduardo, who came out to see what my vision and needs were. He was very responsive, flexible, not pushy, and had my best interests at heart (working with what I already had at my house to maximize results within the budget), and I loved that he had a positive attitude. He got back to me with a quote shortly, and I needed to make some changes, so he came back out again to talk it over with me.My house is over 40 years old so this was no easy project to add 165 feet of yard drainage, clean up, level and grade my courtyard to maximize drainage, and clean up the garden beds in front that had been very neglected, in addition to grading some other areas.In total, the project took 6 days. Eduardo's foreman, Enrique, and his 2 team members were sweet, polite, and very hardworking. Enrique is a perfectionist, and put my mind at ease because I knew he understood my vision and was going to execute it to perfection. Enrique is very detail oriented, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain to me the process of the project. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work as it is very reflective in their quality. They also left my house cleaner than it was before they came, haha. And, payment was easy.I couldn't be happier with the results. It is better than I could have imagined, and most importantly, I now have great drainage. I would recommend Klein Landscaping 1000% and would go with them again in a heart beat! Thank you so much, Eduardo, Enrique, & team!”
