“Went here to visit some friends, I worked at this building, main elevator isn't working, we used to have an elevator for our floor only for security purposes, now everyone has access to it. It is no many people at this place any more, the building it's always clean, enough parking lot.”

“I have to give this store a 5 star rating because of the exceptional customer service I received from Bruno who helped me setup my new phone. I am so glad I decided to let him help me instead of trying to do it myself at home because I can guarantee I would've had to call a million times with questions.
That said, I absolutely HATE my new iPhone! It is SO SLOW, some apps I cannot get to work like on my old phone, and it's supposed to brand new. I will be taking the phone back if it doesn't improve. Not at all impressed with the iPhone 14 and wish Apple would quit forcing us to buy new versions of phones that worked just fine until they have a software update.”

“I was desperate yesterday evening because my phone had completely quit working. I use my phone for business and personal so it is vital. I ran by this location after a late meeting and arrived around 7:45pm only 15 minutes until close. The young lady working was not only helpful but stayed well past closing to assist me trying to get all my critical data from old phone to new phone ( pics of my mom who passed 2 weeks ago) and contacts. I regret that I forgot her name but her genuine kindness is definitely not forgotten. Kudos to whomever hired this gem of a girl. She makes your store look good.”

“I had a T-mobile plan that was pretty costly. I rarely used any of the extra features, so looking at the options, metro had suit me better. I was greeted as l walked in. I was helped right away. The young lady at the counter was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
What I thought was going to take an hour took minutes. She was very efficient and did all the legwork. I retained my phone number and was out of there in probably fifteen to twenty minutes.
Overall, this is the best Cellular experience I have i've ever had.”
