“July 28-eve: My husband and I checked out thru self check. Immediately upon coming into the area we were greeted proactively by Matthew. Said he was here and let us know if we needed his assistance. We did need assistance when the grapes were not ringing up correctly. He very quickly and efficiently took care of that and another issue of a glass container that also didn't ring up with the correct price. He was able to multi-task helping us and greeting others also using the self checkout. Kroger management, you have a gem with that employee.”

“Nothing irritates me more than reading bs reviews from people who are simply trying to be ugly. This has been "my" Kroger for over 6 year, and NEVER have I ever purchased or even seen anything expired! Unless you go when restocking is being done, I have NEVER seen a mess, and even then, it's an organized "mess." Kroger is NOT Chick-fil-A, so don't expect the employees to walk up to you with a smile on their face like you're the most beautiful being they have seen in their entire lives, offer to take you by the hand, walk you to the isle you're looking for, then tell you it was their pleasure to serve you. You're a grown a** person, open your mouth, ask for what you're looking for, and any employee will direct you, & occasionally escort you, to where you can find the item you are in search of. But wait, there's more!! If they escort you to the isle, 9 times out of 10, they will help you find your elusive item!! WOW!! Everyone is entitled to a bad day. Don't rate your entire experience on one person or one visit. This specific location is by far my favorite Kroger location, and, no, it is not the only one near me, there are 3 others within 7 minutes of me, nor do I now, or have I ever, worked for any Kroger (just pointing out that this review was not written by an employee). I'll be going back in a few hours bc I forgot 3 things on my last trip, and I got the wrong chips.”

“As always Krogers has more things priced lower than HEB however because they are close to each other you can shop them all depending on what you need. Shop wise and if Kroger is only a few pennies more, with the price of fuel you need to reason is saving a few cents worth the cost of fuel to get it.”

“Super cheap! Always stocked up and clean. I recommend going early to avoid the traffic in the aisle. The only concern I have is the unfriendliness of the cashiers. When I was bagging my groceries, I overheard the cashier said to the other cashier “she’s having a bad day” because the customers pissed her off. I work in customer service as well and I don’t have this kind of conversation in front of guest.”

“I love this store. I love a good Aldi store anyway, but they keep this one very clean. It's always a quick exit because the cashiers are quick. The workers are generally friendly, there's one guy in there who doesn't speak, but everyone else seems very friendly and I will continue to come back here.”

“This place is the closest to Mexico down the street. Crews stop here for lunch and this place is packed for menudo and Barbacoa every Saturday and Sunday. Leave a tip because those ladies work hard back there to bring us good food.”

“What a hidden gem!? A dozen eggs $1.09. Organic: about $3.60Great prices, great concepts. For example it costs $0.25 to get a cart. But if you return the cart you get your quarter back. Also you must provide your own bags they do not provide plastic bags which cuts down on all those plastic bags circulating. Hopefully they will get a wider selection of items hence four stars and not five.”

“I had such a great experience tonight here at H‑E‑B!!! I have been going to this H‑E‑B for 6 years and must say the service i experienced tonight was exceptional. Molly was extremely sweet, and just had overall great conversation, she is a doll!!
