“Always neat to take friends in to this store, as they have the things you used to find in Hardware stores "of the past". Big box stores carry mainstream items mostly which is good but this store is just a reminder of days past. Neat to look around too. They were the only place I could find a large metal funnel for my Halloween outfit of a "Tin Man"........ everyone els had plastic ones. But seen other things there that are hard to find as well. Worth the trip. Even have things outside to look at, dare I say yard art, haa.”

“Been here twice and both times were to warranty out my Ryobi weedeaters. I had a gas one a few years ago that the engine started knocking and they rebuilt it but then I ended up selling it and bought an electric one and fast forward two years and the motor gave out on the electric one so I took it back here and they said it would more than likely have to be replaced since it was a common issue on them. A week later I get a call letting me know that they looked over it and determined it will have to be replaced so I go ahead and authorize it getting sent out and a week after that I get a call saying it was ready! I pick it up and it's a new one but updated version of the one I bought since the issue on the original one was so common. They've saved me a few hundred dollars and will recommend them 200%! They have a big selection of tools and pretty sure have a tool for whatever you may need!”

“Nice little store stuffed with all the things and knowledge you can't find at the megamarts.
Spent an hour+ hopping around the nearby big box and automotive stores looking for certain bolts without any luck. Accidentally came across this store & doubtfully went inside. Got a greeting from the back where a man came out, walked me to the exact bolts I needed that nobody else had. They were even 50% less tgan the similar but wrong bolts I bought at the Depot.
It is nice to have a place like this nearby.”

“09- 03 -2024.I bought a 2 days ago trailer for my ATV. And soon I loaded dirt broke. I tried to return it. they told me to bring it back. I drove like crazy for 2 hours to bring the trailer back. And they told me they can accept like that. The person who was on the charge I think the name was Hillary. She told me she cannot take like that. And I I told her. what do you want me to do you want me to watch it for you. She told me to come tomorrow. Is that thing they going to hold my money is going to be very funny. I'm going tomorrow to return wasting another day. And we see what's the answer is going to be. I can't believe it... 09 -04 - 2024 Today I have to return the trailer . And I was very happy with the people who work in this morning. Specially the manager. Quick service very friendly. This service should happen the first day I came to return the product. The manager was last night what's the name was mentioned on the beginning of the conversation she needs to be fired. I remove the one star and I'm going to let you guys 5 +. Thank you for

“My pressure washer pump died a few days ago. I went on the AR website and found that TPE is an authorized distributor. Upon arrival at TPE I was greeted by very nice people. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a new pump and was on my way home within a few minutes. Next day my flat surface pressure washer attachment stopped spinning. I decided to go to TPE (45 min of heavy traffic) for help. This time Benny greeted me at the front desk. He personally came out to my car and took the attachment out to check it. I was expecting to have to leave it there for days to get looked at but Benny and his staff got on it right away. Less than 30 minutes later they repaired the attachment. All I can say is TPE is awesome and I highly recommend them.”

“Wow! What a selection of stuff. There is enough items here to completely outfit a house or three. Kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, light fixtures, all the sinks, toilets, cabinets, countertops, and various furniture items. Some new in box most used but serviceable (with a little cleaning). Example I needed a bathroom vanity cabinet with sink and it was all there. Normally new in box $250 sink, out the down for $40. All the plumbing there to hook it up too.
Worth a trip if you do not want to buy ‘Compressed wood wrapped in a plastic veneer’ from Lowe’s or Home Depot.”
