“I stopped in for a garage door spring. They had what I needed. The salesperson was extremely helpful. He made sure I knew exactly what to do and added some helpful hints. I can repair most anything, so I decided to give it a try. Their YouTube video was spot on. It calls to be extremely careful, due to the winding of the spring. They made the replacement very easy. “If you’ve tried buying a gas-powered mower lately, you know the struggle is real. The options have quietly shrunk to either electric models nobody asked for or gas machines built like they stopped caring. So when I found the one I wanted at Ace Hardware in The Woodlands, I was already grateful.
Then it showed up with a manufacturing defect.
I did what you’re supposed to do. Called the manufacturer’s 800 number. You can guess how productive that was. So I brought it back to Ace, not really expecting much since it wasn’t their fault.
A few employees took a look and couldn’t figure it out. Then Leon stepped in. This guy grabbed tools right off the store shelf and fixed it on the spot. No runaround, no “call this other number,” no waiting two weeks for a replacement. Just a man who saw a problem and handled it.
I already had a solid opinion of this Ace location, but Leon earned them a lifetime customer. It’s a franchise, sure, but this store operates with that local, take-care-of-your-neighbor energy that’s harder and harder to find. The kind of place where someone will actually roll up their sleeves for you instead of pointing you to a website.
If you need hardware, lawn equipment, or just want to do business with people who give a damn, this is your spot. And if Leon’s working, you’re in good hands.”

“Got to meet the owner shortly before their grand opening and you can tell they're legitimately happy to be a part of the community. It's been great for smaller projects when I only need a couple tools or supplies, without having to go to a much larger store like HD. Location includes a little gift shop and fridges/freezers selling locally produced goods. Picked up a gluten free coffee cake and some lumber for woodworking at the same time!”

“Always neat to take friends in to this store, as they have the things you used to find in Hardware stores "of the past". Big box stores carry mainstream items mostly which is good but this store is just a reminder of days past. Neat to look around too. They were the only place I could find a large metal funnel for my Halloween outfit of a "Tin Man"........ everyone els had plastic ones. But seen other things there that are hard to find as well. Worth the trip. Even have things outside to look at, dare I say yard art, haa.”

Mr. James Cho helped me out and was able to find out if my Ryobi Leaf blower and vaccum was still under warranty. It was! He helped me talk to Ryobi and they sent me a new leaf/vaccum! I was thrilled! Very professional and I would recommend them!”

“Nice little store stuffed with all the things and knowledge you can't find at the megamarts.
Spent an hour+ hopping around the nearby big box and automotive stores looking for certain bolts without any luck. Accidentally came across this store & doubtfully went inside. Got a greeting from the back where a man came out, walked me to the exact bolts I needed that nobody else had. They were even 50% less tgan the similar but wrong bolts I bought at the Depot.
It is nice to have a place like this nearby.”

“09- 03 -2024.I bought a 2 days ago trailer for my ATV. And soon I loaded dirt broke. I tried to return it. they told me to bring it back. I drove like crazy for 2 hours to bring the trailer back. And they told me they can accept like that. The person who was on the charge I think the name was Hillary. She told me she cannot take like that. And I I told her. what do you want me to do you want me to watch it for you. She told me to come tomorrow. Is that thing they going to hold my money is going to be very funny. I'm going tomorrow to return wasting another day. And we see what's the answer is going to be. I can't believe it... 09 -04 - 2024 Today I have to return the trailer . And I was very happy with the people who work in this morning. Specially the manager. Quick service very friendly. This service should happen the first day I came to return the product. “I was an Industrial Arts teacher in the 1980s and Circle Saw was our go to for machines, parts, and repairs that I couldn’t do myself. The staff has always been well informed on the old and new machines. When asked about where to buy or have a machine serviced I always sent them here. Yep, I’m now in my 70s and still feel the same way. With vocational education seeing a comeback in schools I am glad Circle Saw is here for them.”
