“Diamond did a wonderful job for my dog Yoshi! He was very nervous going in and I think she did a great job of calming him since he wasn’t shaking when we picked him up afterwards. She did a great job with the cut (exactly what we had discussed) and he looks so handsome. We hadn’t requested nail filing this time but Diamond kindly did it for us just to see how he would do. This was very thoughtful and we’ll definitely add it on next time. This will definitely be our new spot for Yoshi’s grooming. The staff are all very professional and friendly. They also sell dog treats, toys, and some necessities like leashes, collars etc. Yoshi enjoyed his frozen yogurt treat afterwards and looks forward to trying the cookies next time.”

“I am definitely not computer savvy- this is my second try. My Huge Border Collie Adelaide gets groomed by Coutney-she’s terrific. Border Collies have two coats of hair and sheds more than one can believe. She handles her in stride and always has a friendly smile. I will go to no one else. She’s gentle and kind, but gets the job done top to bottom! I also love that I’m able to have Addys favorite Dr. Marty’s food there which they deliver twice monthly. Oh, and the toys are great. Addy generally gets a new one after every visit with Courtney. They are priced reasonably. Go no where else. If you should have an issue, I am sure that this company will take care of you. They are customer friendly. I look forward to going there and highly recommend all of their services.”

“Came in for some live crickets and some driftwood found what I needed . The place is really clean and well organized. The place wasn’t so busy the time I went so I was in and out with in 5 mins . I asked a couple questions about some reptile things to 2 employees they were quick to point out where everything was . One thing I would add is that I wished the Brazilian rainbow Boa enclosure had a bit more in enrichment because it looked to have been having a bad shed because of the poor humidity. I do understand that it is a pet store and that the homes are temporary and designed to show the animals but feel like there needs to be a balance between displaying the animal and housing it properly.”
“Everyone in the shop is friendly & helpful. Caleb groomed my dog better than any other groomer we’ve used. When I picked him up, there wasn’t a loose piece of fur on him! He was happy & smooth. Shedding has been a big problem for us. Pricing is good.”

“I had a really great experience at this bird store and I wanted to share it. This place is honestly one of the best bird stores I have been to. They have a lovely selection of birds, and you can tell that they are well cared for. All the birds looked healthy, happy, and calm, which made me feel really good about the store.
They also have a wide variety of food, toys, and supplies. Everything is well organized and easy to find. The prices are very good too, which is not always easy to find for pet supplies. It made shopping there even better because I felt like I was getting quality items without paying too much.
When I went to PetSmart before, the price for the parakeet I got was insanely high ?. But at this store, the prices were amazing and much more reasonable. It really made a big difference and showed me how fair this store is with their pricing.
The couple who own the store are amazing people. They were so kind, patient, and helpful. They answered questions and made sure I felt comfortable. You can really tell that they love what they do and truly care about the birds.
One thing I really respect is that the store does not allow children inside. At first, this might seem strict, but it actually makes a lot of sense. Birds can get scared easily from loud sounds and sudden movement. By keeping the environment quiet, the birds stay calm and stress-free. I really appreciate how much they care about the animals and their well-being. ❤️
Overall, this store is clean, peaceful, and full of beautiful birds and great supplies. The owners are wonderful, and their love for the animals shows in everything they do. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves birds.

“This is a fantastic place to kennel your dog. My puppy was always nervous when I kenneled him at his vet and then he usually came home with the hershey squirts. Well this doesn't happen anymore now that he makes overnight stays at Polka Dots. He even gets excited when we arrive and wash his tail when he gets checked in. I can't say enough good things about this place.”

“We have been coming to Bones2Go FOR YEARS! We absolutely love this store for our raw fed dog! Not only highest quality food but toys and all the things you could need. And everyone is so knowledgeable about raw fed - so even if you're just starting out feeding raw and are lost, they will help you. Our fur baby developed a beef & chicken allergy shortly after moving here and Tracey worked with us over the course of 6 months to get him sorted. She single handedly saved us THOUSANDS in vet bills.
