“I came in looking for a storage unit and honestly wasn’t sure what size or option I needed. Jody was such a big help from the start. She greeted me right away, walked me through everything, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She even showed me a couple of units so I could get a better idea of what would work.
What stood out the most was how patient and down to earth she was. You can tell she really cares about making sure people leave happy and taken care of, not just trying to get you in and out. By the time I left I felt like a weight had been lifted because she made the whole process so simple.
Customer service like that goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this location and if you go ask for Jody because she will take great care of you.”
