“Hussein was great! Helped me out with a check engine light on my wife’s RX350 then I ran back home and came back with my GX460 and he tested the battery. Battery needed to be replaced. Hussein and the store manager helped me choose the best battery for my needs (Duralast Platinum Battery 24F-AGM) and suggested the AGS Battery Install kit and they both helped me switch out the battery in 5min. All of this right before Storm Beryl is about to rain down on us! They just got a lifelong customer!”

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after the back right side of my car was damaged. Dropping my vehicle off was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They arranged a rental car for me through Enterprise and even had someone pick me up from the Caliber location to take me to the rental office, which made the process so much smoother.
Throughout the repairs, I received frequent updates on my vehicle’s status and the expected completion time. I really appreciated how transparent and communicative they were. My car was actually finished earlier than the original estimated date, and they contacted me right away to let me know it was ready.

Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“Extreme Offroad and Performance in Katy Tx is the place…Stop Searching Any Further! If you want your truck or car modified the right way then pull up and they will make it happen. Just had my 2020 Ram 1500 Lonestar audio upgraded.
A couple of months ago I didn’t know what direction I wanted to go to boost up my bass performance. Talked to the Audio Master Jonathan C. and he directed me to the JL Audio Stealthbox 12 TW3 powered by a JL Audio XDM 1000/1. Now I am very familiar with JL but normally with their W6 or W7 larger sub models. I didn’t know how the stealthbox would look and what power would be produced. Long story short, Jonathan assured me that I couldn’t go wrong! Ohhhweeee, just got it installed! Can say enough about how clean and powerful this setup sounds. PROFESSIONAL (they are truly award winning) and you cant even tell I have a setup under my rear seat. I ranged music from hip hop to rock and it will enhance any genre. With the adjustable bass knob, I have full control over increasing power particularly with older songs that don’t have HD recordings. I have so much power that I haven’t pushed the knob past halfway! No strain on the system, just pure magic!
Thank you Jonathan for helping me burn gas because I don't wanna stop driving and listening to my new sounds! The bass will hit you in the heart and the rear view will tremble! Keep up the great work and putting smiles on customers faces! I will be back for more mods soon!”

“Went in 05/23 with some battery issues. Rarely leave reviews but this one is well earned from Baracca who helped me start to finish. Man knows his stuff and is well educated and trained beyond the company’s standards. Rarely do you find honest and knowledgeable auto salesmen, but this dude checks all the right boxes! I would rather drive the extra mile to this location for his assistance than trust other shops and get up charged for unnecessary services.
10/10 experience turning my stressful situation into a walk in the park.

“My vehicle got side swiped and the passenger rearview mirror was broken off. Crash Champion ordered and installed another mirror, repaired scratches, made arraignments for a rental car and had it delivered to me. (Enterprise) They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services. I hope I never need them again (ha ha), but if I do, they will definitely be my first call to do the repairs. The 2 people that we worked with were respectful of our time because - I refused to be there multiple hours trying to get this to happen and they really really made it happen in a much shorter time than it’s ever taken me to get a car. The loaner that they gave me to use while they were getting the Honda fitted with new tires was a Lexus??!! That was fabulous too!!

“A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O’Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. “My wifes car needed a new battery and I was able to take her car to the store and get the battery replaced. Its so much less of a hassle than the old way of swapping batteries and returning the old one for the core return.
The young man that helped us was very friendly and quick. He did a great job.
The only suggestion/improvement is it would be helpfull if the store would out a parts reference book for the filters so customers could look up their own parts.”
