“I wouldn’t recommend the Duracell automotive battery. When I purchased it,
the customer service was awesome but in 1.5 years the battery started having issues and every time when I jumped and brought it in they would check and say the battery is fine and that I need to drive the car everyday. Finally, the battery would not even jump and when I removed and brought it to the store, they denied the warranty that the battery was bright drained and they don’t have records of me bringing it in. They offered to put on a charge for 24 hours and today they said that the battery is bad and denied replacing it with warranty. Will not recommend the battery.

Update: Batteries plus reached out right away and warranted out the battery. Will update on its longevity but the customer service made up for the store.”

“Went in 05/23 with some battery issues. Rarely leave reviews but this one is well earned from Baracca who helped me start to finish. Man knows his stuff and is well educated and trained beyond the company’s standards. Rarely do you find honest and knowledgeable auto salesmen, but this dude checks all the right boxes! I would rather drive the extra mile to this location for his assistance than trust other shops and get up charged for unnecessary services.
10/10 experience turning my stressful situation into a walk in the park.

“I had made an appointment at Walmart and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment and told me I would have to wait over an hour for a 5 minute job. I was frustrated and angry. I had an appointment to get to and I needed a new battery. We went to O'Reilly's and Wil the assistant manager was absolutely amazing! So kind. Let's be honest, sometimes men can be a bit condescending to middle aged women. He was great! He replaced it for me and explained why we needed the battery recommended. My terminals were looking bad. Again, he showed me the concern and explained he would do his best to change the battery without breaking it. He did great! I would give his service a 12 out of 10. Thank you Will for taking care of my problem quickly and professionally and treating me with respect. ?”
