“A good selection of Gap clothes at this Simon Property Katy Mills Mall. This was a very busy Saturday holiday weekend but was organized and merchandise was all in excellent condition. Team members were cheerful and helpful throughout the store.”
“CAROL was a saint!!! I did my gender reveal with help of her (brought in my own bag, picked out a pink and a blue outfit and she was willing to speak to my sister on the phone for her to tell her the gender and put the correct color in my bag, all wrapped up nice while I walked away for a few minutes) she was so so sweet and supportive and didn’t make me feel dumb. She even gave me a hug! What a lovely employee you have. She needs a raise!”

“This was my second visit in a week. Anita is a great salesperson, look for her while you're there. I bought 2 shirts the first time, she was helpful finding a top that would work for my body. The second trip i found 2 pair leggings on sale and basically made a buy 1 get 1 free! The store is open and bright, and is right on the front of the shopping center so it's easy to park.”

She went above and beyond to patiently help me find my shoe size, even though the sandals were fully stocked and difficult to sort through. I didn't want to disturb the display, but Gloria took her time going through each pair until she found the right size for me.

“I was only going in to do a return. But when I walked in, I knew it had to be under new management. I never saw this store organized and cleaned like it was on today. I was able to actually see all the merchandise without getting frustrated and walking out. Don’t get me wrong, the store has amazing clothing. But with the upkeep, I couldn’t stay in there more than 5 mins. Then I was greeted, and I knew something wasn’t right. You never get acknowledged in that store. Then I was told about all the promotions. You could never tell a mother you have 99 cents racks and 70% off racks. I mean, the energy in the store was different. Today with the leadership in the store. I felt it was all about customers and not just tasking. I made my purchase, was walking out the door, then discovered more racks. And the workers aren’t any better; they were encouraging my shopping habit. lol! But the moral of the story is, I was only going in to make a return. And ended up leaving with $110 worth of merchandise. I felt like it was pure pressure. I’m just joking. But having great customer service will always make customers buy more than they anticipated. Why? Because of your interaction with them. Thank you so much, ladies. I forgot their names, but she was the manager from Gulfport, Bay Brook Mall. And also the acting cashier. Thank you for making me feel like I was wanted. And not as if I was interfering with your work.”
“Have not been into one of these stores in years, I was looking for boy clothes and they do have a good variety of selections you just have to really take time to look. Some stuff is overpriced but you do find some good deals. I want to shoutout one of the ladies working there I will say she was probably the only one that paid attention and provided good customer service, there were 3 other girls there that looked like they did not want to be there. I was checked out by Floreli she was attentive and helpful, and made my shopping experience more pleasant by showing me exactly where a size was. I was impressed and will be back.”

I went in the other day looking for something simple, and I ended up finding the perfect top after an employee pointed out a style I totally would’ve missed. The store was clean, everything was organized by color and style, and the prices were good like always. I left with exactly what I needed and a little extra.”
