“Steve Madden at Katy Mills Mall has the best customer service I have ever experienced. James helped me with returning my online order and a new purchase as well. He called multiple stores to get my shoe size 2/3 pairs not bad. He helped price out which deals (In-store/online) would save me more money. Staff around the entire store were all so warm and inviting, made my shopping experience so amazing that I had to send Tiff Treats to their store afterwards to show how much I appreciate James & the whole staff.”

They even showed me a couple of items that were on sale, which was a nice bonus. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in, and I left with exactly what I wanted.”
“Stefani at Aldo in Katy Mills Mall was seriously a gem…Prom shoe shopping can be a little chaotic when you are trying to find style, comfort, and a budget-friendly win all at the same time… but she made it feel easy, fun, and honestly kind of magical. She went above and beyond for me and my daughter, and she was so knowledgeable that I felt like I got a mini master class in shoe care… I had no idea slip grips and heel cushions were even a thing, and now I am convinced she is secretly a shoe wizard. We left feeling happy, comfy, and way more prepared than when we walked in… Amazing customer service and such a sweet, funny, helpful experience.”

“The Nike store is always a good stop for me when I’m at the mall. I went in the other day looking for new workout shoes, and I was having the hardest time deciding. An employee came over, asked a couple of questions, and helped me find a pair that felt perfect as soon as I tried them on. The store was clean, organized, and had plenty of sizes in stock. I left feeling confident about my purchase, so it’s definitely a 5-star experience.”

“After I have tried several brands in this price range, these are my favorite dress shoes by far as they are really comfortable to wear all day. I was just walking by the store and they had my favorite shoe style on sale, hence I bought 2 pairs in different colors. (Yes I know, took the bait right away ;-) The service was great, Elisabeth helped me at check out and she even applied moisturizer to make them shiny again.
