“I was looking for a Western Union location in Killeen, and the first two places I went to either said they no longer did Western Union, or they did not have enough money in their register.So, I went to First National Bank Texas.They were extremely friendly, and I was able to get the money my friend sent to me within minutes.Also, in the past, I’ve experienced when picking up money, the employees treat you like a bum.What does it matter if I am sending money, or receiving money. Everybody deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.The teller I worked with was Xaymara. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and before I left gave me a brochure about their bank, and told me that if I would ever like to open an account with them, she would be happy to help me.The facility is very clean, and every worker was very nice.I highly recommend this bank.”

Staff was very upbeat during my visit and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as you left their work space. The receptionist sorry I can not remember her name and I apologize was very easy too talk to too and gave me all of the checkbook registers I needed. This is why I will not bank with anyone else for any major banking evolutions, have always done my car loans with them over 35 years worth. Can not go wrong with dealing with Navy Federal Credit union no matter where you do it in the United States. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK”

“I would like to commend Leticia Rodriguez, Assistant Manager at 1st National Bank Texas located at Central Tx Expressway (next to Hallmark Restaurant) for her outstanding customer service. I have always received excellent service by friendly and professional tellers there, but my latest experience with Leticia is one of those that deserves to be publicly shared . In a very amiable and professional manner, she went above and beyond to promptly resolve an issue that I was having saving me a lot of stress and time. After I left the bank, I immediately returned to ask her for her business card but since she was attending another customer, I asked another teller for the card and left. Shortly after, she called me to check if I had returned to the bank because I needed further assistance (and offered me such). I assured her that I left very satisfied and just wanted her business card. I was very impressed by her evident dedication to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. I have no doubt that she really cares. She represents 1st National Bank Texas in an outstanding manner, a true asset to the institution. A huge thanks to her and to the other tellers at that branch, they are the BEST!”
