I called Avis and the gentleman was super helpful and had me in a vehicle within an hour and a half. I can not recommend this place enough! Cons: getting an actual car/sedan is rare
These guys and ladies have helped me at least 3 times when I needed a rental car and my dealership didn't have any available. They even quickly revised my rental agreement and gave me an extension after the dealership took longer than expected to finish working on my car! Whether I needed a car in the morning right as they opened, or in the afternoon right before they closed, no matter if I had an appointment or was a walk-in, they got me in some kind of rental vehicle ASAP. And their vehicles are always clean too.
They seem to have a limited number of sedans (or maybe they're in high demand as rentals), so it's likely that you'll be stuck with the only sedan they have available at the time, or (more likely) you'll get an SUV. They always seem to have plenty of trucks for rental though. That's really the only thing to look out for, but I would still highly recommend this location for your rental car needs!”

“I booked a rental through Priceline with Carwiz, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The lady at the front counter was unbelievably accommodating, warm, and efficient. She walked me through the paperwork quickly, clearly explained the rental terms without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and had me on the road in no time. Customer service like that is rare at rental desks, and she set a great tone for the whole trip.
As for the vehicle itself—absolutely amazing. It was spotless, smelled fresh, had low mileage, and drove like a dream throughout my entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and completely hassle-free.
Combining Priceline's great rates with Carwiz’s stellar service and quality fleet made this a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be renting from Carwiz again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free rental!”

“I booked the car on Priceline for IAH rental pickup and found for in town rentals, one must go off IAH. I called in which I had a long wait and they gave the new location at a nearby hotel. All this wasted my time. The best part of my visit was a young man, Nasyrion, who brought the car to us, and took the damage reports. He was so mild mannered, unlike the woman at the desk. It was a welcome change. He was there 2 days later for the car return and still just as nice and helpful. Your company needs to keep him, and give him a raise, because he makes the company look good. For the location and office sure didn't. You need to put a sign on the door. Everyone I saw that came up, we had to be directed by someone from the hotel where your location was. ?”
“I forgot to get a Avis reservation with my work travel agent when I got to the airport carman at Houston Bush took care of me within seconds and got me hooked up with a wonderful vehicle. Best experience I’ve had in a rental car in a while.”

“Emmanuel at Houston IAH airport was literally the most accommodating, professional, kind, and friendly agent I’ve ever had. My flight from Atlanta had 7 delays. Technically the IAH location closed by about 7 minutes but he informed me that he waited for me so that I would not have to come back k the next day to get the rental which would have been over an hour drive. This experience restored my faith in professional, proficient, and friendly customer service. I wish the world had more Emmanuel’s”
