“I had a great experience with National Rental Car. I picked up from IAH and returned to vehicle to Fort Sill, (Lawton airport). When I arrived at IAH, because I'm a preferred member with Alamo, I didn't even have to stop at the counter. Went right upstairs, jumped in the vehicle and pulled out. The lady at the exit and I struck up a conversation about education (I'm a school teacher), and we had the best conversation. Everyone was great - the customer service is A1.”

After dealing with a horrific experience at another rental company (which I won’t dignify by naming here), we walked into Avis frustrated, stressed, and honestly, just drained. But everything changed the moment we met Roqi.
From the second we stepped up to the counter, Roqi was the definition of calm professionalism. Their positive attitude, soothing demeanor, and genuine kindness helped defuse a situation that could have ruined our entire day. They didn’t just “do their job”—they took the time to listen, problem-solve, and advocate for us.
Our credit card had been frozen due to a hold placed by the previous rental company we didn’t even use. It was a mess. But Roqi stayed composed and supportive, working with us patiently to find a solution. No judgment. No rush. Just professionalism and compassion the entire time.

These guys and ladies have helped me at least 3 times when I needed a rental car and my dealership didn't have any available. They even quickly revised my rental agreement and gave me an extension after the dealership took longer than expected to finish working on my car! Whether I needed a car in the morning right as they opened, or in the afternoon right before they closed, no matter if I had an appointment or was a walk-in, they got me in some kind of rental vehicle ASAP. And their vehicles are always clean too.
They seem to have a limited number of sedans (or maybe they're in high demand as rentals), so it's likely that you'll be stuck with the only sedan they have available at the time, or (more likely) you'll get an SUV. They always seem to have plenty of trucks for rental though. That's really the only thing to look out for, but I would still highly recommend this location for your rental car needs!”

“I booked the car on Priceline for IAH rental pickup and found for in town rentals, one must go off IAH. I called in which I had a long wait and they gave the new location at a nearby hotel. All this wasted my time. The best part of my visit was a young man, Nasyrion, who brought the car to us, and took the damage reports. He was so mild mannered, unlike the woman at the desk. It was a welcome change. He was there 2 days later for the car return and still just as nice and helpful. Your company needs to keep him, and give him a raise, because he makes the company look good. For the location and office sure didn't. You need to put a sign on the door. Everyone I saw that came up, we had to be directed by someone from the hotel where your location was. ?”
