“Walked into an organized store. The guy was courteous and greeted me right off back. Asked me what the problems and issues were. I told him and he said sure I can have it done in about 10 minutes. well he did it. Everything looks great. No complaints for me at all.”
“My daughter smashed the screen on her iPhone, again! I took it in to Cellairis in Schertz and was immediately impressed. The tech was very welcoming, and explained the pricing and repair process. He even took the time to let me know that the point of impact was where a sensor was located, but he wouldn’t be able to see if it were damaged until he opened it.The total repair took 15 minutes! And thank goodness, the sensor didn’t need repair.Last time, the same repair took over a week, at another store.If you need any repairs, and I mean ANY , because they do battery replacement, and speaker and charging ports , too, use Cellairis.”

He got me out the way and asked the customer in front of me if he mind that I go in front of him. And the customer had no problem with it. Yesenia is a stellar employee who is patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, honest, has a funny personality and made this hands down one of the best customer service experiences. She did not mind staying way past closing to ensure we were getting all of questions answered and when our kids were getting restless she was kind enough to put on cartoons for them to watch. This location is very clean as well and I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in SA.”

“Went in for a phone repair. But the phone that I had was an old off brand phone and the replacement piece was pretty pricey. So I decided not to do the repair and instead go buy a new phone. Well they offered me some phones that they sell that is compatible with my existing service. Got a Samsung phone that's kinda really new for a good price and the phone with my carrier is working really great. I'll definitely be coming back to buy another phone or a tablet. Thanks guys for being so knowledgeable and upfront. Great customer service!!!!!”

“The ?Professional Sales Agent ?was very polite and believe it or not they offer unlimited ?DATA? plans very well stocked store lots of phone to choose from but yall do have to understand every phone is hackable every Samsung I had got hacked no Samsungs for me there easy to get into the store was very neat well-organized clean the store actually makes you feel welcome there because of how the store looks on the inside it looks like a cell phone store you and the store so welcoming it actually makes you want to go in there and buy a phone literally they have some good deals and specials going on but I still don't think ?nobody ?can top the service that I already have if I can find anybody to beat the price that I currently get ?I might think about switching ??? other than that I'm not switching at all then my current service provider gives me a $5 credit every month on top of that with a few other incentives to go along with it so I can appreciate that and being a loyal customer I think I just might stick with them I just don't think nobody can offer a better deal than what I already have don't get me wrong I love the store, Loved the atmosphere, the organization, the cleanliness, the sales professional I loved everything about this location ?IT'S JUST NOBODY CAN BEAT MY PRICE THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE ?”

“Sunny!!!!You did it!I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a Boost Legacy person. I got passed around and given numbers that were of no help, and nobody could find my number. Very rude woman in Philippines whose pretend American name was Sam, should not work with Boost customers'! Finally, after getting a Legacy employee (3 weeks) I begged this lady to put in a ticket to change my service. She swears she did, but it was just another lie. We finally drove to Perrin Beitel Boost, and this sweet down to earth and friendly guy named Sunny, who was working by himself, called directly into a Legacy center, got some girl who promised to port my number within two more days, and it actually happened!! All thanks to Sunny who had to listen to the "Karen" side of me. Thank you Sunny for your patience with my husband and I, especially ME. I wish I had of seen you and your store first! You are the BEST and your boss should give you a raise! Such patience to still assist everyone that came in while I was venting! We had been very happy with Boost up until we had no service at our new apartment and had to change carriers. We were then treated horribly after many years with this company. “Good service. My only issue here is the seating. There were many seniors in the waiting area with canes or walkers. Most were standing because the seats here are either too low (making them very difficult, and even dangerous, to get out of), or the tall bar-type stools that are impossible for these folks to climb onto. I have mentioned this to staff members many times, and they just shake their heads or shrug their shoulders and say that it's the way "Corporate" has designed the showroom.”
