They helped transfer files from my old phone to the new phone. The person also discussed the latest watches that could make accessibility to calls easier. Although I did not purchase the watch, I appreciated his professionalism in educating me on the watches functionality and security log-in features should it ever be lost or stolen. “5 stars to Dejvon literally working overtime by the time we finish it's Saturday 7pm for the 5G gateway internet. He was proficient to set up. But I have a hard time deciding what password and kept entering wrong. The iPad T-Mobile has issues connecting. So, he has to change to another one. But he never gets frustrated. But very very patient, thoroughly get thru and has empathy for older folks like myself. He is a wonderful and professional service provider. He deserves cash award for excellence service”
“We have had nothing but good experiences with the Provider. The only negative has been loss of service for 12 hours one day. That however effected large sections of the town, not just our account. No hold times for Customer service and very polite and friendly employees.”
“The partners at this location were all so friendly, helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. Customer support was top notch and all of my questions were answered when I upgraded my phone. “I need internet to work from home. I just moved to San Antonio from El Paso TX, where I had excellent internet with Spectrum, but my apartment complex ONLY offered Internet services with Astound, which they told me after signing our lease… I had never heard from this company before!!! I was really horrified by reading all the reviews, and even thought of moving out of the apartments before even living here. We are going on month, and I can say that so far, our internet has been stronger than the one I had in El Paso. Hope it stays that way ???????????????? Charlie was our agent to hire the service, super friendly and helpful, and unfortunately my husband forgot the name of the techno that installed everything, he also was friendly, fast and professional.”

“Good service. My only issue here is the seating. There were many seniors in the waiting area with canes or walkers. Most were standing because the seats here are either too low (making them very difficult, and even dangerous, to get out of), or the tall bar-type stools that are impossible for these folks to climb onto. I have mentioned this to staff members many times, and they just shake their heads or shrug their shoulders and say that it's the way "Corporate" has designed the showroom.”
