Even though we hadn’t ever brought Zeus for care, they took us in with no questions asked and allowed us a private room to say our final goodbyes. They let us stay as long as we needed. They got his ashes back to us within 2 days. They also followed up with a sweet condolence card. When we are finally ready to get another dog, we will be using them for veterinary care. The office staff was exceptionally nice and respectful.

6 Greenfield Way, LucasI can’t say enough about this training program. Terrie definitely cares about the animals she trains and wants them to be the best dog they can be. We could not open a door in our house that led to the outside without making sure our dogs was secured in a room because he would be 3 neighborhoods away before we could get out of our driveway. 10 days with Terrie and he now sits quietly at the door and doesn’t move until he is allowed to. Walking with him is actually enjoyable- although he still has a lot to say to the squirrels. We didn’t thank Terrie enough. We are no longer afraid of him getting out and losing him.
