Financing was quick, but the signing of the paperwork way too long as I understand the finance / salesman on the financing end job is to encourage customer to purchase additional services , insurance etc, I feel it was completely rude and unnecessary to take as long as he did. Also, know your credit score and competitive market rates. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and give you a higher rate then you actually qualify for!”

“Had 2 Budget location experiences. Night and day difference. The first time I came to this location I walked in the door 20 minutes before close with no reservation. The woman working got me into the last car available & took the time to explain the options, despite her shift ending & being held over by yours truly.
The only issue was a tire that lost air, when brought to their attention it was immediately rectified. They also gave me the option of a different vehicle honoring the original price. Very happy with my experience”
“My fiance and I rented a car from them two weekends in a row for travel and must I say that the car's we got were great. The first time I liked the car, the second time the car was even better than the first one. When we went to get the cars everyone was nice. I was looking to get a new car. “Enterprise came to my rescue when another company failed by not having a promised car that I had already secured with a reservation! They called me 45 minutes before pick up and told me they didn’t have a nor would they for the day… Called Enterprise , found a vehicle within the hour! Thank you so much. I will never use anyone else! By the way, the other company was budget/Avis.”
