8723 Crestmont Dr, ManvelWe had our dog, Sadie, at Pawsitive Care while we went on a cruise last week. Sadie was attacked a few years ago (NOT at Pawsitive Care) and is very shy around other dogs. We talked to everyone regarding this and were assured she would be fine. When we picked her up, we could tell she had an amazing time! She was happy, playing, and excited that she had just jumped in the pool! We had a great experience and will be back when we need to board again. Thank you.

7231 McCoy Rd, ManvelI've been living in this area for a while, have driven past this place and not paid attention until a Sunday search said that this spot was close and had had my newest craving...nachos with jalapeños!!! After a short drive, we pulled up, parking was ample and seating was as well. I saw that they are open everyday, rain or shine, have a drive thru and when we have our couple of months of cold weather...they serve hot chocolate. They have an extensive menu, combos and toppings. The ice was soft and the nachos were hot. Wait time was just right and since the weather was not boiling, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and some games. They have a lot of land around which also included a volleyball net and other games. We will be back!!!

19430 Hwy 6, ManvelEvery. Single. Time. I have gone to a restaurant which advertises as “Cajun”, I have been totally disappointed!! Sadly . . . Honore’s was no exception!! We have lived less than two miles away for years, and finally decided to stop in and give it a try last month. I cannot even begin to tell you how disappointed we are with ourselves for not stopping here sooner!! The food is absolutely delicious!! The place is clean!! And the staff is efficient and friendly!! Saying the food is delicious means a lot coming from me, because my usual answer is “It’s okay.” Now we have to convince ourselves to not go only to Honore’s when we want to eat out.
