“SW Door did a great job for us installing custom new front and back doors in our 30-year old house nearly 10 years ago. They were helpful, on-time, fairly priced, and even spoke English. But I didnt review them then. This review is for going above-and-beyond. A few months ago a tiny part of our front door locking mechanism came loose, fell out, and was lost. It was a special crew that held the door handle in place and was difficult to find. SW Door took my call and worked w the original manufacturer to identify the piece and get it shipped for me -- at no cost. There was no real revenue opportunity here TODAY for SW Door, but they did the right thing and really helped me out. So next project I have they will certainly earn my business -- again.
