“On September 28th, my mother and I visited the store to learn more about finding the right shoes for working out. We had the pleasure of working with Dylan, who was absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours in the store, each trying on four different styles. Dylan was incredibly patient and conducted a foot scan for both of us, educating us about the importance of proper fit for comfort, balance, and alignment during exercise. Since I’m new to working out and proper shoe fitting, Dylan took his time with both my mother and me, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. I will definitely recommend this store and Dylan to anyone on their fitness journey.”

“Shops have been closing left and right at the Willowbend mall, but I'm relieved that my favorite store, JJill, is still going strong. They have great petite selection that you can try on, and if you can't find your size in the store, they will order it to be delivered to your home or to the store. I rarely pay full price here - only when I see a to-die-for piece- and browse the sale section often. They have classic, simple, and well-made clothes that last many years. While the initial oop price is high, I think they are worth the money. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Tip: if you are over 40 and need some killer jeans, check this place out! I absolutely love their authentic fit jeans.”

“Don't let this tiny little shop fool you! They have great big energy when it comes to western wear. This store is like a mini version of Cavender's. They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.”

“I have been fan of Red Wing boots ever since my first day of work. They are absolutely the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. What really adds to the experience is the cleaning and polishing of my boots at no extra charge. Victor facilitated this for me. He is a shining example of what true client relationships is all about. I intentionally chose not to say customer service because his service is way beyond that. He is not only friendly and polite, he is a wealth of information. I will always own a pair of red wing boots and my business will always go to this store in Plano because of Victor.”

“I had a great experience at the Nike store in Legacy West. They have a good collection of the latest footwear and apparel, including a solid variety of running gear and lifestyle classics. Whether you’re looking for performance shoes or just casual wear, there is plenty to choose from.
The staff is also very friendly and attentive. They were quick to help me find the right size and offered helpful advice on different styles without being pushy. The store is clean, modern, and fits perfectly with the upscale vibe of the Legacy West area. It’s definitely my favorite Nike location to visit in Plano!”

“My first visit to the Louis Vuitton store at Legacy West in Plano, TX was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Stephen, whose genuine sincerity and welcoming energy immediately set the tone for the experience.
Stephen introduced me to Isaac, who is the most engaging and impressive sales associate I’ve ever encountered in any retail environment. Isaac’s knowledge went far beyond the products themselves. He shared the story, heritage, and craftsmanship behind the brand in such a meaningful way that I didn’t just buy a Louis Vuitton bag but I truly understood why I wanted one. Since that first visit, I’ve returned three more times, and each visit has been just as memorable. Stephen has greeted me every single time and, incredibly, remembered me. On my most recent visit, I picked up a second bag I had ordered, and Stephen was a wealth of information. Even though Isaac was out that day, Stephen took the time to walk me through new items being released, thoughtfully introduced me to upcoming pieces, and even left a message for Isaac to follow up with me about one I was especially interested in.
This level of service, attention, and care is rare. The Legacy West Louis Vuitton team made my luxury retail experience feel personal, educational, and genuinely exciting. Best experience, hands down. I’ll absolutely be back.”
