“On September 28th, my mother and I visited the store to learn more about finding the right shoes for working out. We had the pleasure of working with Dylan, who was absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours in the store, each trying on four different styles. Dylan was incredibly patient and conducted a foot scan for both of us, educating us about the importance of proper fit for comfort, balance, and alignment during exercise. Since I’m new to working out and proper shoe fitting, Dylan took his time with both my mother and me, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. I will definitely recommend this store and Dylan to anyone on their fitness journey.”

After experiencing "take a number" upon walking into a nearby competitor, we came into ISW and were immediately greeted by Mo who (along with his manager Ben) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were also very flexible and helpful with our needs with getting sizing, and getting the right suit for our loved one. Besides all their great styles, variety, and name brand quality shoes, including wide widths, they have amazing clearance racks with deep discounts. You can easily become a VIP member and almost always have rewards or discounts every time you buy a new pair of shoes! Also, I have received free items such as large tote bags worth $49.99 during checkout with special offers they provide. I love the fact that DSW has free shipping to your closest store if you order online! They always greet me when I walk into the store and make my experience a friendly one every time!”
“Shops have been closing left and right at the Willowbend mall, but I'm relieved that my favorite store, JJill, is still going strong. They have great petite selection that you can try on, and if you can't find your size in the store, they will order it to be delivered to your home or to the store. I rarely pay full price here - only when I see a to-die-for piece- and browse the sale section often. They have classic, simple, and well-made clothes that last many years. While the initial oop price is high, I think they are worth the money. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Tip: if you are over 40 and need some killer jeans, check this place out! I absolutely love their authentic fit jeans.”
“Don't let this tiny little shop fool you! They have great big energy when it comes to western wear. This store is like a mini version of Cavender's. They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.”

“I have been fan of Red Wing boots ever since my first day of work. They are absolutely the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. What really adds to the experience is the cleaning and polishing of my boots at no extra charge. Victor facilitated this for me. He is a shining example of what true client relationships is all about. I intentionally chose not to say customer service because his service is way beyond that. He is not only friendly and polite, he is a wealth of information. I will always own a pair of red wing boots and my business will always go to this store in Plano because of Victor.”

“I read the other low star reviews and don’t understand why there are so many. I was just there. There were 4 employees that were working when I arrived. I had called in before I made the drive to check and see if they had a shoe available. They told me they would hold it until 8pm tomorrow. I arrived a few hours later. I asked if they had another pair in the same size. They didn’t. So I also got one of the last pairs in a size up as well. I had a 15% discount coupon and the employee was ok with me splitting my total between 2 cards. Asked about another shoe while I was there and he let me try the pair on. I only tried one on and realized it was a bit too snug. Employee was cool with me and my friend who accompanied me as we also asked questions about other shoes we saw. I will definitely return to this store. I had gone to the one in south lake and the one inside Grapevine Mall and didn’t find what I was looking for. Next time I won’t go as far and just stick to this location and Allen location. Employees made me feel like I was at home and were ever so helpful. Didn’t rush me on anything.”

“There were quite a few employees there. So even though there were a number of customers, I was helped within a couple of minutes. Spencer did a fantastic job using the technology and tools they have and explaining them to me. He also did a great job picking shoes that I liked, and that fit well. He did not do any kind of a hard sale on me. He offered to have me try insoles because I have a very hard arch. I tried them and loved them. Will definitely go back again and recommend this location to my friends. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right next to Nothin’ Bundt Cakes!! My shoes to exercise followed by delicious Bundt cakes. ???”
