At first, I wasn't to sure about making immediate decisions because I like to think about it and shop other locations first, but the Consultant Stephanie had such excellent customer service and was helpful, so in long story short... she basically make me feel very comfortable with my purchase and all services I will receive & knowing I am getting the best value with Verizon. She was full of knowledge, so I know I getting best value, and she saved me a lot of time from have to shopping around other locations where most of them don't even know anything. “I went to this location to get help with transferring my eSIM to a new device. The rep that helped me (David) was professional & courteous, and had me finished in less than 20 minutes despite juggling multiple customers.
The overall experience of trying to replace a damaged phone was a mess, but that’s not his fault.
With some of T-Mobile’s new initiatives (e.g., requiring the use of the T-Life app to transact with them), I think T-Mobile is playing a dangerous game in terms of actively making the customer experience less seamless. The experience of trying to replace a damaged phone was so clunky (note: it didn’t used to be this way) that I don’t think I will buy a device in store or online through T-Mobile again. There are other avenues to acquire a new device with the hassle of trying to do it in-store.”
