Fernanda Sommerville called us to let us know that someone was at the bank trying to cash a large fraudulent check on our account right before the bank closed. She recognized the check as a fake. She then made sure our accounts were protected until we could meet with her the next day. She walked us through all necessary step to protect our money. Fernanda was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable making sure she covered everything. Ms. Angela Whitaker and the staff at this branch went above and beyond to help us figure out a way get this resolved when we felt it wasn’t properly addressed at another branch in person and another on the phone.
