“This is a good Best Buy. Bought a computer there from a very knowledgeable, nice employee. Unlike the Fry Road location, which is horribly overstaffed with a bunch of do-nothing stand arouders who never once acknowledged us, all blabbering with each other, nobody said one word to us even after i got irate and left. The employees could not be any less interested in anything but each other. This place has completely gone down the tubes.
Left there in anger,went to other location, completely different atmosphere . Don't waste your time at the fry rd. Location.Go to the Grand Parkway one, much ,much better.”
