We have been seeing Lauren for a year now and LOVE how much she takes care of our pup Fergie. She sees her about once a month and we alternate between Full and Mini Grooms (with a blueberry facial). Every time, Lauren knocks it out of the park. She is SUPER SWEET and really LISTENS to what we are looking for. I always try to schedule a couple of months in advance in fear that others will realize how AMAZING she is. I also want to say how FANTASTIC the front desk staff are. They get you checked in/out pretty fast and send multiple text/calls about your appointment. They're GREAT communicators and EXCEL in customer service. He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! The 40 minute drive was definitely worth the time and her prices reasonable for the effort she shows! Military discounts available! She did such a good job, he didn’t want to leave! Our pup is happy and we are too! We will be bringing him regularly now! Thank you Crystal!!

It was an urgent boarding, but staff got back to me very quickly regarding processing her medical records and profile on their website. Once there, the staff got her acclimated to the dog park/daycare and were very communicative over text! The facilities were large and very well kept. Tons of space for all sizes of dogs. The kennels/boarding rooms were clean and cozy. I loved getting to watch my dog on the webcams while I was gone. My dog was so sleepy and calm once I got her back, which for her is a sure sign that she got tons of activity and interaction. The prices were also very reasonable! I love that they take foster dogs and showcase their profiles at the front desk. All of the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this business for boarding or daycare!

My dog Chanwee, was groomed here on Friday November 28, after coming here for years. I was told that when attempting to express his glands a growth was noticed. I took Chanwee to the vet on Monday, the vet confirmed it was a growth that more than likely is cancerous and needs to be taken out. Chanwee had surgery to remove his growth on December 11 which was indeed an aggressive type of cancer. Chanwee is now on chemotherapy. I believe you gifted us years with our boy Chanwee and for that we are extremely grateful.
Beyond this grooming is amazing, he takes care of my dogs every time! THANK YOU!!!

I was nervous about the cost considering its specialty services but was actually shocked it was much more affordable! The new patient fee was $225 and medication for my dogs ulcer was $250. They were able to diagnose him a lot quicker than going to a primary and suggested a 5 day follow up. This return visit was $135. I also very much appreciated all of the great knowledge shared on their site. That alone helped in understanding what treatments were available. Im very happy with the care ive received and happy to know i can go back with confidence knowing they give great advice and estimates of procedures

We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.

Dominion Crossing Veterinary Hospital
21715 I-10 Suite #110, San AntonioOur three furry children have been with Dominion Vet for the last 4-5 years. They have always gone above and beyond for our routine puppy-dog needs, serving as a perfect home base for our dogs; an easy 5 star review. Yesterday Dominion vet’s resources and capability was tested beyond what I ever thought possible. My golden doodle (RUTHIE) was violently attacked by another much larger dog, resulting in massive blood loss from bites to her neck. She had little time and was bleeding profusely despite my family efforts at holding pressure. We live nearby, however the 1 mile trek felt like an eternity. Dominion vet was called and alerted of my family’s arrival and frantic state. Upon pulling into the parking lot, the team was ready and waiting in the parking to recover a blood soaked and actively bleeding nearly lifeless Ruthie. The entire team’s response was TV worthy and honestly unexpected from our neighborhood primary care. “CLEAR A TABLE!” Was yelled out from parking lot upon entering the clinic. Doctor Armstrong and Dr. Shaw were immediately on scene and began shouting out orders while also initiating emergent hemorrhage control, volume replacement through immediate IV access, obtaining STAT labs, all while simultaneously coordinating transfer to Mission Vet ER and offering reassurance to my panic-stricken mother. This is the “take over” feeling we all need during times of absolute helplessness. Ruthie needed blood and needed it fast. An employee whose animal was a universal blood donor was called for standby in case Ruthie was delayed in her transfer. Literally cannot believe he selflessness of these people! Upon acceptance and coordination of transfer to Mission Vet, the team saw how distraught my mother was and loaded Ruthie up ( without any question or hesitation) in the facility administrators van and transferred Ruthie themselves to Mission Vet with IV’s running. Ruthie rode accompanied with staff and my mother following. Both Mission vet and Dr Armstrong and Dr Shaw were in constant contact with one another, relaying information to myself and my wife about Ruth’s progress. Upon arrival Ruthie received the blood she needed and responded better than expected, giving her some improved prognosis at life. Her condition remains guarded however she remains in the fight only because of the quick response and expertise of Dominion Vet. My wife and I both work in emergency medicine. This would be considered a perfectly executed code and coordinated transfer to a higher level of care. An absolute perfect combination of professionalism, expertise, leadership, and genuine compassion. We are very great full for your care. A 5 star review simply does not capture the amazing level of care that was provided.

All Around K9 Training
Potranco Rd, San AntonioTara and Gary were super friendly and knowledgeable regarding everything about dogs! We had a home visit to assess how we could proceed…train 1 dog or all 5 of them. I decided to begin with Margaret, and use the new knowledge to get the others in order. Tara met with us at various places to maximize each training session. She helped Margaret increase her confidence and explore more of her surroundings, in addition to some basic commands. I loved the experience and genuinely enjoyed both of them! Would definitely recommend for a personalized training experience!

His recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our dining experience. The ambiance was elegant yet intimate, making it the perfect setting for a date night. And the food—simply outstanding. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken was impeccably prepared, with a crisp, well-balanced dressing. The lemon shrimp pasta was exquisite—rich in flavor, beautifully seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reflected the quality and care behind the kitchen. An unforgettable dining experience we can't wait to repeat.

The food is really fresh and you can customize pretty much anything which I love because I am picky. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and you can tell they actually care about what they are doing. It felt like one of those places you want to come back to again just because of how you are treated. Definitely recommend if you are in San Antonio.

Finger licking good. Everyone enjoyed the flavors and freshness. And as many already stated, it's a pretty good value. We came here on our way to SeaWorld and have zero regrets. The corn side and potatoe salad are seriously good.

Our knowledge about caring of a yorkie was very limited but Bianca eased all our fears and answer all our many questions and concerns. Bianca is so knowledgeable regarding her puppies and was so caring. Even after the sale and we had the puppy at home we had questions and she never hesitated to take the time to answer our questions. We are so thankful that we found Bianca. She made it possible for us to have our fur baby. We can’t say enough positive things about Bianca. The fees might be higher than ACS, but you can tell they take care of and love the animals and they do rescue from kill shelters! Love my kitten and she was a great companion for my 8 month old kitten!

My advice: Be patient and trust the process. The folks at CareTx are working extremely hard to save these pups, arrange for fosters and ultimately find forever families - there are a lot of moving parts.
A huge thank you, from our little family in California, to everyone involved in the process, but especially to Peggy for being so patient with me and Murphy’s fosters for taking such good care of her in the interim.
Adopting our sweet girl was the best decision we made.

I find the “1 star” reviews comical as they’re basing the review on phone calls they’ve made, not a review of the adoption process through CareTx.

4710 TX-151, San AntonioI had a very good experience with San Antonio's Animal Care Services. There was a dog in the neighborhood that just moved herself into the backyard of an elderly couple in their 90s. She was living under their deck. Neighbors told me about her so I went morning and night to feed her and try to get her on a leash. After 2 months, I made progress, but couldn't trap her or get her in a leash. I called Animal Services and they were very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and trapped immediately without any harm to anyone. They sent me a picture, and took her for medical care. She got her shots, was spayed, treated for injuries to her tail, etc., and now I am fostering this beautiful dog. She is. A large pit bull mix and scared everyone, but is just the best, most loving pet ever. I can't keep her, I am 65 and have 3 dogs & 3 cats. I am. So thankful for all the help and support we have gotten on this journey to finding her the perfect, loving home. They have been amazing!!! Great group of skilled, kind, compassionate people doing a very, very difficult job!!!
