“I love shopping at the Marshall’s in Conroe, Texas! I arrived right when they opened, and the store was clean, organized, and fully stocked. One thing I always appreciate about this location is the variety—they have so many great options throughout the store that I could honestly spend all day browsing.
The clothing sections are consistently neat, organized, and easy to shop, which makes finding items so much more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Adline for being so friendly and welcoming. Great customer service and a well-maintained store keep me coming back.

“Whoever is the person that is in charge of the inventory for the young women, teen girls department deserves a big raise. I LOVE the new styles coming into this store. I always find something I love and my girls do as well. From Roxy to Arizona ( I love their graphic tees and jeans) to their Xersion athletic line it is all so amazing, a true fashion secret I want everyone to know about! I really like this store because of the calm chill vibes. I never feel like I'm being watched or profiled here, I feel like I can take my time to shop and relax. The bathrooms are usually always clean and the customer service is always kind and friendly. The other day a young girl bought a evening dress and the customer service lady asked her if she wanted a dress bag for it. I thought that was so nice because other customer service people might have just thrown it in a bag. The store is always clean as well. Some helpful suggestions: Please open more customer service counters, sometimes the lines can be long. Literally that's it, this is an amazing store and I hope it doesn't ever go out of business.”

“I had sleepwear that was ordered online that I needed to return, so went to that department at the store. The salesperson heard me say return and said No, I don't do that, take it downstairs. I asked, where downstairs and she replied anywhere, just ask someone. I was about to comment and she cut me off and with a raised voice said, JUST ASK SOMEONE. Then she walked off. I found someone who was much nicer and competent. But, I think I'll shop at Macy's from now on.”

I had a good customer service at check out, Jairo was very polite and nice, it's so rare now to have a good customer experience with cashiers at any stores. “We like this Walmart. It is right by our house, they usually have lots of lanes opened, and they are a nice, clean location! We get our prescriptions from here as well as lots of groceries, other items. They seem to have good produce and meat which I know has been an issue with Walmarts. I like the fact they are clean, organized, and have lots of lanes opened!”

“I visited the store right at opening time so I can understand the dilemma that I had with them. But the workers were actually still sweeping underneath the racks of clothing and there was piles of dirt and trash around. But I do understand that. I'm pretty sure that the night shift does not usually perform those duties before they leave, but it would have been a better experience if they had done it before. They actually opened the doors because me and my wife came in and the young lady who was sweeping asked us to move out of the way so she could sweep down the aisle that we were perusing the clothing items and I thought that was a little weird. But other than that little hiccup I've never had a problem out of this location and I think they do a fantastic job with their duties”
“Service at this is very important to all employees the store is always clean and fully stocked. This I was on a handicapped shopping cart and the battery died. A store employee heard the battery beeping and said pushed me to the shopping carts. Pulled out a fully charged vehicle and reloaded my shopping goods into the charged up handicapped cart. I was so pleased since II have mobility issues. Then while I was shopping he went thru store to see if I needed assistance.”
“I truly hope the manager sees this comment, because what one of the employees did for me tonight meant the world to me! I should have asked his name, but I was so excited I didn't even think to ask! I went in there tonight because I needed to get a first day of school sign last minute and I had to ask someone where it was, or if it was in stock because I couldn't find it. I asked a gentleman that was working tonight: he is tall and wears glasses, he was wearing a durag tonight. I am SO thankful for him for taking the time to help me out!! He looked busy with everything else he was putting away, but he stopped to help me and it saved me because I forgot the sign and had to buy one so last minute!! So I came here just to say thank you again to him, and I really hope the manager of the Conroe Target sees this so he gets brownie points. Great guy, great worker!”

“We get certain beauty essentials like Waleda food cream(which is my favorite hand cream) and No.7 from Boots only in this store. I bought 3 bottles of handwash and though the offer for getting a $5 gift card with this had expired, one of the manager honored it and gave me a $5 gift card.”

“I want to say her name started with a A. Maybe it was Ana. Jennifer greeted me with a beautiful smile. Ana shade checked me, helped me find the right foundation in under 5 minutes! She knows her stuff and her bubbly personality was so welcoming. Definitely a girls girl. I typically don’t have good experiences at make up counters most of the time I have to find someone to help me or have to put up with snooty attitudes when really this should be every woman’s/man’s safe place. Thank you for the great experience.”
