“Been coming to this location for years. They have a pretty good amount of inventory that is well sorted and organized. Staff is very helpful and there are usually several employees working so that the of amount of time waiting in queue is reasonable. I ended up purchasing 2 items today as the prices and the condition of the items were quite good. Will continue to shop here. The current manager is very professional and friendly. I'll continue to shop at this location.”

“Greg set me up a 3 years ago and I stopped by yesterday for a little tune up (due to outside work being done in my trunk) and was back on the road within a couple hours dialed in and sounding as good as ever! “All the employees here are great, and Raphael is awesome! I bought a pre-owned switch at this location that had a defective fan, causing the console to overheat and turn itself off. He enthusiastically helped me swap it out for a new switch AND walked me through transferring my save data over to the new system! (It's a bit of a process to swap saves to another switch) I've been coming to this location for the better part of 2 decades now and I'll be coming there for 2 more! ?”

“Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. Honestly excellent customer service and will be returning for future assistance. 10/10 no notes.”

Whomever the District Manager is this location should be an example to all of your other store locations for going above and beyond with their Customer Service. From the moment you enter to the time you leave very pleasant, professional, and polite. This is not the closest location for me but I will take the time to travel to be treated as a human and customer. The manager Cornelius a hidden jewel and obvious a joy to and an example of the staff that works slong side of him! Daniela exceptional customer service! She went above and beyond to assist me as well as others during my time in this store. Both took the time to assist with my frustration turning it around into a relief and gaining a sale. Sounds easy but not even the store where it was purchased could help. She jotted the info, spoke to the tech and called me back the next day. They found what he needed to my friends delight. She took it a step further and did an act of kindness I will never forget. THIS is the kind of place people want to go to. They didn't need to help me... remember they weren't fixing his TV. I thought five below carried old school candies and even Japanese candy and sodas. I didn't find much of that. As far as customer service goes. I was greeted very nicely when I walk through the door. But that was all the interaction I had. This is a self checkout store.”
