I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from.
Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it.

After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

“My phone screen was fixed and the pricing was surprisingly low and reasonably priced. Customer service is on point, cleanliness is a gold star, product availability though is not so good. Mainly all device replacement items have to be delivered but it shouldn't be more than a day or two at most.”

“Went into the store recently due to an issue with upgrading and activating a new phone. Liz was amazingly helpful. Despite a harsh encounter with customers who were just ahead of me in line she maintained patience and a can do attitude. My issue took awhile to resolve but she deftly juggled that with friendly and helpful service to those who came into the store while also making sure that I wasn't forgotten. On top of resolving my issue activating my new phone she also went out of her way to resolve a secondary issue that I wasn't aware of. Kudos times ten for her!
