“I came in because I did a network reset and could no longer make calls. I was greeted and taken care of immediately by Luna. I have never gotten such great customer service at a boost store. I dreaded coming in. She told me about a promotion I had that I was unaware of she was extremely knowledgeable and most important did not make me feel stupid for doing the factory reset. I am so happy with the service I received and will not dread coming in to the store. Thank you Luna”

“Marlena at the Barton Creek Square AT&T is so outstanding! Seriously, this woman is a customer service expert. I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from. Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it. Honestly, because of her, I've totally changed my mind about going to an actual store instead of dealing with stuff online. I Don't like going in person but I will go to this AT&T ,Thank you Marlena”

“I came into Verizon thinking I was just going to make a simple change to my phone plan, and instead we found a HUGE error on my mom’s and my account from a previous store. Chris spent THREE HOURS on the phone with customer service advocating for us, making sure our plans were actually corrected, saving us money, and getting my own plan up to date with an upgrade. He was incredibly patient through the whole thing and never once made it feel like i was a hassle, which honestly meant a lot because it was a painfully long process. More than anything, Chris genuinely cared about getting things right for us and made sure i left feeling taken care of. Seriously, the best kind of customer service and a huge credit to Verizon—thank you, Chris!”

“Here’s a revised version for a Google review: After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings. For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team. Thank you, Elijah, for your patience and for making this process so much smoother!”

“Everything 4 Truckers: BT✋free Headphones, Dashcams. Support 5☆s. Reasonably priced, friendly knowledgeable staff. Been buying their stuff for over 5 years now. Headphones work great for Mutitrack Recording overdubs too. Couldn't find Aviator Headphones anywhere else with a reasonably high quality microphone that didn't break the bank. Highly recommend Top Dawg for Truckers and Recording Artist alike.”
