“I came in because I did a network reset and could no longer make calls. I was greeted and taken care of immediately by Luna. I have never gotten such great customer service at a boost store. I dreaded coming in. She told me about a promotion I had that I was unaware of she was extremely knowledgeable and most important did not make me feel stupid for doing the factory reset. I am so happy with the service I received and will not dread coming in to the store. Thank you Luna”

Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it.

“I came into Verizon thinking I was just going to make a simple change to my phone plan, and instead we found a HUGE error on my mom’s and my account from a previous store. Chris spent THREE HOURS on the phone with customer service advocating for us, making sure our plans were actually corrected, saving us money, and getting my own plan up to date with an upgrade. He was incredibly patient through the whole thing and never once made it feel like i was a hassle, which honestly meant a lot because it was a painfully long process. More than anything, Chris genuinely cared about getting things right for us and made sure i left feeling taken care of. After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

“My phone screen was fixed and the pricing was surprisingly low and reasonably priced. Customer service is on point, cleanliness is a gold star, product availability though is not so good. Mainly all device replacement items have to be delivered but it shouldn't be more than a day or two at most.”
“I forgot to ask for the employees names, but it was a young guy and a girl and they were super helpful.. I’m from Dallas and was on a short trip to Austin and I had just ported over my number from another carrier but the port didn’t go through.. I was without service all day Saturday and Sunday I visited early in the morning and the girl was super knowledgeable, she got my problem fixed within 2 mins of me being there.. I also was planning on getting the WiFi and the young guy helped me set that up as well.. Great staff, super helpful and friendly”
