“I would just like to acknowledge Ms/Mrs. Antoine for her amazing awareness and customer service skills. I was unaware of my actions appearing suspicious. I was trying to be proactive with another task while getting assistance from her. So she was persistent with asking probing questions to make sure I was really the account owner. I honestly was offended until after I answered the questions correctly and she revealed to me what I was doing that was a red flag. I instantly was embarrassed but very grateful for her awareness because she treated my account as if I was a billionaire and that gave me much reassurance that I am banking with right people. We had a good laugh and of course I apologize but I just want to make it known publicly that Ms/Mrs. Antoine is doing a phenomenal job! P.S.
