“Needed a cable extension for my rachio sprinkler control and just did a quick Google search to find it locally vs. ordering from Amazon. Bam! Their website showed they had it in stock at a much better price than Amazon. Went in and was greeted by someone who pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. I walked around a bit more and they have a ton of stuff! I'll be back when I need some cat6 cables and probably to just browse some more. “Over the weekend, my niece had ran away. She has been found and is safe at home now. But I wanted to brag on an employee there. My sister in law and I stopped in to ask if we could put a Missing Persons flyer on the door. ANTHONY took the flyer, looked at it and said of course. Hold on I’m gonna make you some more copies. He made us around 100 more copies and he even laminated a few for us. It was so touching. I walked out of there in tears. Thank you, ANTHONY for the person you are!”

“We were well cared for during our visit. From a kind greeting to being looked after right on our appointment time. The two people (Victoria & Tony - both 5 stars) who looked after us were awesome! The only place the store might improve is their internet speed! We forgot to update one of our devices before our appointments so it needed to be done…. It took over an hour! I know this is a super busy store, but it’s an Apple Store! You think they could have a little faster internet…. Just make sure you you make an appointment for service, and don’t forget to update everything before you get there…”

“Maybe it's just me but I usually see associates swarm people coming in to help them get started but I don't get that attention even though there were a few just chatting with each other. Maybe I don't give off the Apple "vibe". ;) I had prepurchased some equipment and just needed to pickup so I had to stand by the order pickup sign until the table attendants finally asked if I needed help. Once they took my info it only took 5-10 minutes before I got my stuff and was gone.”
