Joel immediately figured out the cooler was one of the issues and promptly got to figuring out what else was causing trouble (CPU). “I'm glad I bought my wife's computer from here. Not only were the prices right, they have stock (no unreasonable waits), and they actually know what there talking about (no apologizes to Geek Squad). So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. Hands Down, if I needed another build, and soon, I'd go back again.”
“The Geek squad is the reason for my visit and was I surprised by the outcome.
I had two problems with my laptops.
Surprise #1 I didn't know that their service is free for most quick fixes. Wow.
Surprise #2 is they don't service laptop batteries. But they will give you all the information you need to purchase a new battery.
I like reserving a time slot to get my hardware serviced. Saves time.
They take some walk-ins but you may have to wait a while.”
“I have been meaning to leave a review for awhile. This location the manager was really nice. They helped me out on a specific color chair I was looking for and honor the price for a different color chair. They even helped me put the chair in my car. The chair I picked because I was needing one to study for my exam. It was great price. And they were really accommodating on my needs. I would definitely go back if i am around the area. Generally, I have pleasant experiences in office depot overall . I hope they don't go out of business due to online retails. Some stuff is just better to buy in person such as office supplies and service than online.”
“I placed an order for a relatively large print job (236 pages) with spiral binding. I placed the order late on Thursday night with an estimated completing by 5pm on Friday. I recorded an email at about 9am that my order was ready for pick up. The pick up process was fast and the print quality (and binding ) were perfect. In addition, the cost was significantly less expensive than Staples and/or Kinkos-FedEx. I will be doing all of my printing going forward at Office Depot! Cannot recommend high enough!!!”

Everytime I've called or my mom Cortney calls and needed to update mine or her card on file or get a pay off balance or even request information on a new rental he is always very responsive & respectful and over all makes the renting experience a breeze for my family . “Great customer service! Nick was very knowledgeable about the product and helpful in purchasing them and helping with our exchange. The delivery team is great too. I had to change out my washer twice (do not buy LG washer, it’s screeches loudly) and they did the exchange easily.”
“I had a generally positive experience at this Apple Store. The staff was friendly and professional, and the appointment-only system keeps things organized. However, even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still ended up waiting about 45 minutes. The technician tried to help with my phone, which was stuck in recovery mode, but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it and said it was basically only good for salvage. Not the outcome I hoped for, but the service was courteous throughout.”
“My visit to this Apple Store was mostly positive. The staff was helpful, but the store was packed, and even with an appointment I ended up waiting about an hour — so it’s best to plan for a longer wait than expected. I’ve purchased my new phone here every time a new model comes out, and I do appreciate the service they provide. However, the process could be simpler, and the store would really benefit from having more staff to help manage the crowds and reduce wait times.”
