“Highly recommend Rugged Rental! We needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle to drive through cottonwood canyon for our ski trip. From start to finish Rugged Rental really pulled through for us. The reservation request was easy to submit online and we received a confirmed rental email within 24 hours. The shuttle service was prompt. Service at the rental facility was also prompt. We were able to add a second driver without issue. There were no long waits or complicated contracts like you find with the larger rental car companies. We rented a Suburban and the 4WD was great for what we needed. The car was clean and felt almost brand new! Would undoubtedly rent with this company on another trip.”

“We have bought many units from auctions and have been to many other storage facilities but this Box-n-Lock was overall the best we have been to, the place was super clean, well taken care of and the service was extra special. Adam was the best personal that we have ever dealt with, he helped us find the location and he took a later lunch just to wait for us and to get us to the units. He helped us with time by having the paper work ready when we got to the office. It was a great time saver for us. Adam in our opinion is Box-n-Locks best investment. “Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“I typically rent a car from Hertz but given the daily rent offered online I though I would look around for a better deal. I found Affordable Rent A Car who was close to half the cost. I tend to be very skeptical on deals that look too good to be true. I was blown away how easy and customer friendly the staff was. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle from the airport. They were at the curb waiting for me and my family. Checking out took no time at all. The car we rented was very nice, clean and ran great. Returning the car was just as easy. We didn't have to move our bags. Someone from the rental company drove us in the same car to the airport. On top of that my son left his phone in the car and didn't realize right away. We called and they drove his phone back to the airport for us. Five Stars is not a high enough rating. Affordable Rent a Car is the only place I will rent from when visiting Salt Lake City. Thank you for providing great service. I love the fact you are a locally owned company as well.”

“I rented a truck from a different location for a couple months and used it pretty hard. When returning to the airport I dropped it here and the guys were super polite and helpful. The truck was still kinda dirty and not all the way full but they were very professional. I forgot something in the truck and called a couple days later...Parker just went out and found it stuffed down in between the seats and now is mailing it back to me. Awesome people.”

“We actually reserved a truck in Lehi but apparently they didn’t have it so we had to drive all the way to West Jordan. Honestly it was a great experience! The staff member was very kind, she gave us the truck with fewer miles, and just overall pretty pleasant to work with. So in summary the overall location is super out of the way, but the staff are great.”

“This was the best UHaul experience I have ever had. The agent was courteous, quick and efficent. Everything was ready to go. He completed the paperwork in record time. I personally inspected the equipment before hooking up and noted that it was clean and in good repair. I was hooked up and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes... TOTAL!!! Because I picked up late, they extended the drop off time for me by an hour! What great customer relations! I am totally impressed with this operation and the agent I worked with! I would highly recommend this location over all others I have used in the Sandy area.”
