“I am most grateful to Alamo for providing cars that I can depend upon when I do not have my own. The only request I have is that you actually follow through when I ask for a vehicle that has automatic sensing for breaking purposes in the front (and back) of the vehicle. I care little to nothing for “designer” cars…never have…but I do care very much about each life on the road when I am behind the wheel, and I suffer tremendous anxiety when driving a vehicle that is not equipped with this feature. When I request it, am told I received it, and then find out on the road that this is not true, you can understand why I would be somewhat upset. So again, I intend to stay loyal but do ask that you make a concerted effort to provide your customers with the features they ask for when renting a car from you. Thank you sincerely.”

“I'm excited for the Going to Yellowstone lands and He was so really mostly good, And I my friends were to drive to the cars and it keeps annoying internet connection and it's worked out for connect the phone to take so long to drive in minutes after the reset car is done it yet for the White car, Enceladus man that was to talk about the cars drives 3 sets, And White car's is not the best and is better cars connected.”
“My husband had an accident and we were 5 days away from leaving the hospital and I called them on a Sunday, he called me right back, I explained what I needed by Friday afternoon and when I got home (to Wyoming) on Friday, the platform lift was installed ready for me to get my husby in the house, I have never had such an amazing experience without having even met them, they were ready to help me before I knew how much help I needed, they made service the first priority not money, they truly are a people company, they all mighty dollar was never an issue, I wish there were 10 stars!!!”

“I cannot stress enough the professionalism of Tim and Scott. We bought a conversion van through Tim. He went far beyond our expectations. He has ensured that our experience was great. He first made sure that he understood our particular needs.... We are both wheelchair bound. Tim spent so much time researching the best available vehicle and that it would meet our needs, had the van delivered from Colorado, detailed the van and took care of the registration. Since then he has made every effort to ensure that we are happy with the van and the ramp. We will be a customer of United Access for life.”

“Overall, not a bad experience. The rental process was pretty straightforward and the car worked out well for my trip. They have a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and takes you to the rental location, then drops you back off at the airport when you return the car, which was convenient. It is a little less convenient than renting directly at the airport, but everything went smoothly and I’d use them again.”

“I had a positive experience renting from Thrifty at the Salt Lake City Airport. The line was fairly long, and several customers ahead of me were dealing with issues. One customer in particular was very upset, but Robert handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and respect.
When it was my turn, my transaction went smoothly. Robert was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the rental process easy despite how busy things were. It's never easy working the counter during stressful situations, and I appreciated the calm, courteous service he provided. “I usually say that American customer service is amazing…….until you try and rent a car. However, today I had my first ever good experience at a car rental. I didn’t catch the ladies name (she was Hawaiian) and she was absolutely lovely. Friendly, polite, professional. You can’t teach someone to be like that, they are born that way. I’d like to give the islands of Hawaii 5 stars, but I’ll settle on Dollar / Thrifty (and their gem from Maui).”
“This review is about an incredible young lad called Serafin who was an absolute rockstar fulfilling my Ford Mustang reservation for a day trip with my partner. At the end I found out it was only his third day at the job!
His attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and clarity of communication was top notch and had us out on our way in no time and with no heartaches. It’s the basics but done right. Fast, efficient, respectful, clear. It’s surprising how many people get these basics wrong but Serafin’s character and sharp thinking really stood out and will take him a long way! I hope his management reads this review.”
