“I needed to have 2 levels of my home completely carpeted, so I went to Carpet Decor. I consulted with David. He was very helpful, bringing samples to my home when he came to measure, which very much helped me decide. The process was very smooth and in less than 2 weeks my carpet had arrived and installation was scheduled for the same week. A large crew arrived to install. They worked professionally and efficiently. Everything was completed to my satisfaction much more quickly than I expected. About a half hour after the crew left, David arrived to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. I like to patronize local small businesses. I was very happy that I hired Carpet Decor.”

“While walking around the historic part of Leesburg, we stopped in the Sunflower Shack, a gift shop located off the main strip. As we entered the store, we were greeted by staff. It was nice that they offer bottled water and hot tea/coffee for all their patrons. After Christmas, their Christmas items were on sale. They sell vintage candy, home decor, drinkware, bottled soda, toiletries, and more. Some of my favorite items were felted flower and mushroom planters and wreaths, assorted pickles and basic bitch pickle kit, Swedish dishcloths, catnip cat toys, recycled metal night lights, sunflower handmade soaps, and novelty socks.”

“What an incredible experience my wife and I had working with Fernando. We had been looking for several months for a kitchen table and hutch. We were in the midst of moving and he found a kitchen set that fit perfectly with our new house. The only question was if the hutch topper would work. Fernando said for us to see if it worked and if it didn't he would be willing to store the topper for us in their warehouse for as long as we needed. Who does that? That was truly amazing.We also found a couple pictues that we liked but couldn't make up our mind on how it would look. Fernando had his folks deliver the picture to our house so we could make the right decision. Again who does that? If you have to do a delivery here at Joann's, Falls Church, VA, when you are on RT 7 before the Wendy's turn right, and then turn left after passing the Wendy's, you should be in the parking lot facing a Red Robins. Joann's is on the right in that little strip mall next to UPS and Michael's, depending on your delivery time, line your trailer up to the front entrance of the store, see the receiver and they will start unloading the merchandise. 638 pieces, I was done in 2.5 hours. They offload your trailer by hand.”

Gender should be a trainer, a recuriter I worked in retail back in the dark ages (80's & 90's) and was a recruiter for a very large retail apparel conglomerate based in OHIO ( no more clues for you ). There would have been a job for Gender. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things UGG - past and present. AND, she knows about the UGG family of brands that she also shares info about (UGG, are you listening?) She shares her knowledge so casually without being a know-it-all and without any "sales" pressure - amazing qualities that make you WANT TO BUY. Why?
