“Not enough stars! Our client advisor, Ahdy, was the most helpful and non pressure sales associate I have ever dealt with. We had been searching for a GV80 since the summer of 2025, and I had been to Genesis dealerships all over the DMV area, but we came back to Richmond because of the professionalism and desire to go above and beyond. After driving our GV80 home in June 2026, we heard a noise and took it back. Joe, the manager, rode with me and heard it as well. They gave me a loaner car and kept ours until it was rectified to everyone's satisfaction. The staff here goes FAR beyond what is just needed to make sure you are completely satisfied. We have already referred several friends to them. It's not just the Genesis, it's the staff. Thank you, Captain Ahdy!”
“This is my favorite AAA store, Tyler is so kind and goes above and beyond for each and every customer! The extra care and concern for the safety of everyone and their vehicles is unmatched. Thanks tyler :) i’m sure you’ll see us again!”

“Yesterday, I had an oil change performed by this shop. The technician, Angel, was superb and highly professional. He took the extra initiative that my experience top notch. It is extremely difficult to find people who really take pride in their work, and Angel is one of them. Many thanks to him and the person who hired him. Keep up the great work. I’d highly recommend others use this location for your oil changes.”
