“I can’t recommend this uBreakiFix location enough. I came in because my phone wouldn’t stay charging—it would start for a second and then stop. I tried the DIY route (toothpick and compressed air), but it didn't work. The team here had it fixed in less than five minutes using professional cleaning tools and, amazingly, didn't charge me a dime.
This wasn’t a one-off, either. They’ve helped me with a bizarre startup error before (fixed in minutes for free) and once saved a waterlogged phone with a screen replacement that made it look brand new. They are fast, honest, and clearly care about their customers.”

“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.
I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.

Loved having to work with CISCO, he answered all our questions and walked us through the process of keeping our data and phone numbers. Great experience at this location and friendly employees.”

“Yesterday I went to a couple of ATT stores. Nate was the manager, and Richard was the sales associate. Both were amazing. I do believe new computers would be great, as the handhelds had some issues paying. Richard, who sold me the phone, was more than courteous and helped answer every question.

“Well, that was my first time visit to their store. I was attended by Afnan Mahmood and he followed up from begining till my phone got fixed completely. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. And ofcourse will visit them to check out the phone accessories time to time.I will give 5 Star for both Service & Repair⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Go see Kamran if you need anything done at Verizon. Usually going into phone stores is a massive headache, but he made it super easy. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of random stuff I didn't need and actually helped me figure out the best deal on my plan. Really patient, straightforward guy. Very good asset for Verizon.”

“I went in on Friday to upgrade my phone. Jose helped me out with getting my new phone set up, getting everything from my old phone to my new phone, and looking at different plans. The process is intimidating to me, and Jose was so patient and thorough. He reminded me about accessories I would need for my phone, but wasn’t pushy about it. 5 Star customer service!
