“There was some guy named Anthony there that quickly made contact with me as I walked into the store. I was hesitant to ask about the service outage ... but as soon as I did and I explained that my service was still not working he was persistent in solving my problem and he even went out of his way to make sure my AT&T account was working well and found an issue where I was being overcharged and fixed it! He was quick to resolve my issue and fixed more than I thought I needed. I really appreciate him and other workers just like him. He was also fairly patient while I was figuring out all of the issues I had finding my personal information... thank you for the great service. 10/10 Will be there again soon.”

“Well, that was my first time visit to their store. I was attended by Afnan Mahmood and he followed up from begining till my phone got fixed completely. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. And ofcourse will visit them to check out the phone accessories time to time.I will give 5 Star for both Service & Repair⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“You need more Preston’s as one is not enough. He juggled all the tasks of being a one man show with lots of people coming in all day long with confidence that shows his expertise. I felt well taken care of and he took the time to explain everything to each person he encountered while I was there for an hour and a half. I’ve never gotten better customer service anywhere.
