“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead. I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up. Honestly, going into the store was easier than dealing with it online. Thumbs up across the board. Thank you, Sandra!”

“Recently purchased an old-school Nokia flip phone to get my kid ready for the cellular world (not ready for the iPhone yet!). Brought it over to the AT&T Reston town center store to get a SIM card popped in and activated. Everything was flawless. Reagan and Jose hooked it up big time. They knew their stuff, were not pushy, and were able to give me some advice for some potential future plan changes. Flip phone working for leaving the store. All in all, everything took about 30 minutes. You guys were fantastic. Shout out to Reagan and Jose! Thx!!”
