“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this location! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. Months after they fixed our 4Runner, we ran into some squeaking with the trunk. We could not figure out the cause and it was driving us both nuts, Danny our tech, checked every aspect of the car and solved our issue completely. He even went as far as riding in the back of the car as we drove down bumpy roads so he could hear the issue. This location never made us feel like a burden for returning 3 months later. We will forever recommend this location! Thank you all!”
“Friendly and knowledgeable person at the front desk asked the techs to move some jobs around and I was in and out in no time flat. I was looking at two little spots that didn’t seem right. But they told me to be patient and let in cure and that if I still wasn’t satisfied in 4 days to comeback. I’m happy to say, I didn’t need to return. They look great. I only wish I would’ve gotten it done sooner.”

“To start with, LJ was very polite and respectful. He is the kind of man that if you show respect, he will give it back 10 fold. I dropped off my truck, and he had his people check it out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the cost repairs are more than I could justify spending on a 2003 ranger. That was no fault of LJ it is just that the parts cost more than the truck! Even when I turned down the services, LJ was still very polite and respectful and let my wife and I check out some neat cars that he had in the garage. When I have any work that is beyond my capabilities, I will definitely go back to him and his garage. I will definitely be recommending Affordable Transmission to anyone in need of auto work. He also works on horse buggies too! Yes, he had one in the garage! It did not have a "motor," but I was told that it typically comes with one horse power!”

“The saleman, David Hoopes, and GM Matthew Seyfert went above and beyond to help me find the right car. Matt drove 300 miles on a Sunday to pickup a blue manual Jetta for us, replacing my wife's first car - a 2001 manual Jetta in almost the same color. Who does that? Nobody else would have considered it. It was very nostalgic to be able to get this car, and they understood how important it was. It's not that Southern didn't have the blue in manual - almost no other dealership did due to the high demand. Matt made it happen. Awesome experience!”

Very pleased with rotation of my tires, full synthetic oil & filter change, VA State Inspection, full circle Maintenance Inspection, and a complimentary car wash. Returned recently (11/28/23) for service to the driver's side of my vehicle...experiencing a cracking noise near door area. The technician lubricated the seat assembly and the noise has disappeared. ??”

I came to look a Hyundai suv but unfortunately it was sold the day before but no worries! He ended up giving me the bigger and better fish which is a 2020 Nissan pathfinder and she is a beauty. Wasn't my first time being introduced to her but if I couldn't find what I was looking for why not? She matched me like a dating site!
