“Recently went to Mr Fix because I was having issues with charging my laptop. Mr Fix was able to identify the issue, order the parts, and pay. All within about 15 minutes. No waiting or making an appointment. He called once everything was finalized as he said he would and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“We had the pleasure of being helped by Skylar at the AT&T store during a busy holiday when she was the only employee working due to a call-out. Despite the extra pressure, Skylar remained personable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and services. She efficiently helped multiple customers without ever making anyone feel rushed or forgotten.
Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially under such challenging circumstances. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. “I went to 2 phone places one in Chesapeake square and one in Virginia Beach. The one in Virginia Beach quoted me $500 to fix an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen and the other one in Chesapeake square mall quoted me $250 but they didn’t have the screen. When I got to cell phone zone I thought I was gonna hear an outrageous price but they were very nice and helpful in total I spent $235 on my phone repair and couldn’t be happier. They don’t cheat you and they give you a screen that actually fits your phone. When I got my screen fix just a couple months ago in Virginia Beach they gave me a screen that rose off my phone about an 1 1/2 thick. The screen cell phone zone gave me it the closest thing you will get to an apple screen. I am so happy with the work that was done and the services I received. I’m glad to say I will be going back with future phone repairs.”
