“Well, the best vehicle I have ever owned is back at Pattons. My truck has never had to be towed, but when I pulled in to there shop after hours, it literally stopped and would not start. My truck is a 2006 Chevy Silverado with nearly 260 thousand miles. I do most of the work on it myself, but there are some things I cannot do. Before finding Pattons, I had my favorite shop. When things got really technical, they told me they could not fix it and come get it. That is when I found Pattons. There diagnostics is second to none. They repaired my truck at a price that was more than reasonable. Now they are helping me work through a problem with the Computer, which is no longer available. Vince called me and explained how difficult this will be. I have total confidence that they will get it back to me running great! “I have been using Old Stage auto for several years now. I like to tinker with my cars and handle basic stuff but use them for jobs that are outside my comfort level or what I don't have time for.
They are always priced fairly and get the jobs done within a very reasonable time.
Mike also does go above and beyond to make sure I understand what they have found and even offers parts options. This level of service really gives me confidence in their integrity. So glad to live near them.

I dropped off an Acura MDX for repair, thinking it needed a break and rotor replacement due to the grinding noise. I was expecting a costly repair. I received a phone call from the technician informing that everything was in good working condition and the noise was coming from a bent part that was hitting the rim. I ask for the diagnostic and repair cost, and to my complete surprise he said it was a quick fix and the shop was not going to charge anything for it. I have never experienced an auto repair shop that exhibited such a high degree of honesty and integrity. I will strongly recommend River’s Bend Auto Care to all the people I know going forward because it’s extremely difficult to find an auto repair shop that provides exceptional service like this.”

“How refreshing to find honest and real people. I called to see about a transmission fluid change in my vehicle that has 100k and they recommended that i should just let it go. They did the same a couple years ago when I called about it for my Magnum as I changed it every 5 years and it was that time but it had low mileage on the fluid and again, the guy at this shop said not to do it and that it would be good to go for a long time. I was brainwashed to think you had to get the tranny fluids changed frequently. I never did on my older cars and they ran fine. Even my 73 Charger had the same fluid for decades before it was changed when I rebuilt the motor for horse power. Thanks again for the honest advice. He could have been like Infiniti service and said it needs the $450 fluid exchange.”
