“Ashley and Amanda are the most consistently kind, professional and very knowledgeable of operations of a postal service I've if ever met! I just moved here, started working with Poshmark and I was not privy to the process of packaging certain materials and labeling which you are somewhat left to figure out. “I've been using this post office for many years. There is a convenient self serve kiosk in the lobby that you can access after hours. The staff has been helpful on many occasions. A few years ago I had a package sent that the sender forgot to include my apt number on. My regular mailman had the day off and I just happened to be grabbing the mail and saw that the package was not delivered. We tracked it and saw it was being sent back the the sender, so we rushed to the post office. The person behind the counter got the tracking info from us and decided to check for it and found it right away. Another time recently my mailman saw me near the mailbox and gave me a shout because he had a package that was too big for my mailbox and would've had to be picked up from the post office otherwise. This location does get really busy, there are a lot of apartments nearby in walking distance. Sometimes they are understaffed, but that is the case almost everywhere. Everyone I have worked with here has been professional.”

“I went here as a walk-in for their passport services. It's so easy to complain, but I wanted to give the two ladies who were holding down the fort their flowers, cause in all fairness, they did NOT need to stay late to cater to us, but they did.
For context, I never wanted to be a walk-in. I had booked passport appointments at two separate locations earlier in the month and both my appointments were canceled the day of each time, with no explanation and just instructions to go to 101 N. Pinetta Drive as a walk-in.
I had time today, so I went. And God knows, whatever you pay the ladies there, it's not nearly enough. They're literally carrying the load of MULTIPLE USPS offices that should be assisting in processing passports and they are doing it with a smile and the patience of a saint.
If anyone wants to complain about USPS (in general), complain about the fact that they are understaffed, which is forcing folks to really push their own limits to keep services available, but don't complain about the people who are actually showing up to do their job. I see you and I appreciate you. Thank you so much for getting us sorted today!”

“Special shout out to Skyyyy! She has top tier customer service. Idk who that rude white lady is that work the front line, but she needs a crash course on customer service and work etiquette. She has a very nasty attitude. Not only did I witness her being rude to her co workers she was rude to customers as well. She stepped to the back to sit on her lazy behind and a manager asked her to get back on the front line she asked her manager “why?” The manager had to explain Skyy had a long line and needed assistance. She doesn’t need to work in the public with a demeanor like that. Shout out to Skyy though she’s theee best!”
