“I love this HomeGoods because there's always something new to see. The staff at the Bailey's Crossroads spot is friendly and helpful whenever I'm looking for a specific find. I recently found great spring throw pillows there, but I've bought everything from rugs and coffee tables to barstools and home accessories over the years. It's definitely my default location for a reason, especially since I can always find unique knick-knacks for our home.”

“I like the unique prints and post cards but I wish I had got a copy of my receipt. There is this “support local business” pink sticker labeled at $3 in my bag which I know I didn’t pick. Four post cards and a sticker came up to $20ish seems about right anyways! Friendly services and clean store!”

“While they had exactly what I was looking for (the perfect striped outdoor cushions), I needed 2 sets, and they only had one. Even sadder, when I asked them to check other locations for a second set, they CAN'T!! They have no inventory system, apparently. I then called 9 other locations without success. I appreciated that (it appeared) every store went to physically check, but did they possibly just miss it? Now I'll have to return the one I bought as I can't use only one. Four stars for helpful staff, but epic failure at the executive level!”
“I went to find a wireless speaker I'd seen on Amazon, but preferred to buy locally instead of waiting for shipping. The speaker was $349 on Amazon but $356 at the Exchange. I asked if they would price match and the clerk said yes, plus he'd give me a scratch off ticket that would save another 5 or 10%. When he went to ring up the speaker, the price was actually $299.99 and my scratch off ticket saved me another 5%! Because of the tax free sales at the Exchange, I saved over $80 vs. buying on Amazon!”

“Great store, and the staff is truly wonderful. Blessing and the rest of the team are dedicated professionals who always do their best. Unfortunately, the store itself has been declining. The quality of the merchandise and the overall presentation now feel poorly maintained, almost like a lower‑end discount store. It often has a noticeable smell of marijuana, which makes the shopping experience less pleasant and less safe.”
“If you were ever in need of inexpensive clothing at first Superior levels of Walmart or Costco Ross and TJ Maxx and Burlington are definitely the places to go. If you want a little bit more upscale you go to Nordstrom rack but for the best deals hunt the clearance racks at these places. We're all in Burlington are the only places that carry men's shoes so don't bother going to TJ Maxx for that”

It's quite crowded in here. Not cluttered but crowded.
They have soooo much stuff and it's all in order.
This place could be 2-3 floors easy!!
I saw all of my fav brands at great prices. They have a huge selection of high-end wear for a great price.
They have a huge selection of summer, spring and winter wear.
The cosmetics and body care... chef's kiss!! They have everything in every color/ scent/ size!!
Cool accessories, luggage galore, etc.
I did not take a gander at the shoes as I had a show nearby to attend.
I bought 2 gorge blouses and a short sleeve loose fitting denim blue top.
I will revisit very soon for some more shopping greatness.”

“This is such a nice, well-organized store. Most things were neatly on the shelf instead of jumbled like in other TJMaxx stores. They had a good selection of storage bins and skincare that I was looking for. An associate even helped push my second cart out for me since I bought a lot and was struggling.”

“My visits here are always quick and easy. I tend to come when I know that the store wont be super busy. I tend to visit when the store is near closing time or during lunch time during the week but always have the best results in the evening around 6/7pm. Weekends are always super crowded and packed. There have been occasions where I have called ahead of time to see if they had stuff in stock and they were able to help out and let me know if the item was in stock or if it was even sold in this location. I have always had a easy time visiting this location for whatever I may need to purchase and have always been happy with the customer service they provide.”
“William who cares for shoes is an artist. And polishing / shining shoes is, in itself, a lost art. Just don't make the mistake of dropping off a bag of old shoes and expect them to be shined in an hour. That's not how it works. Take a break. Sit down. Have a conversation. Old-school. The entire men's shoes department is outstanding, BTW. Great selection, great service. Check out the dress shoes by Magnani. Worth every penny.”

“For a moment, I wasn't entirely convinced this exchange actually existed. The signage is so understated that finding it feels a little like discovering a secret military side quest.
First impressions can be deceiving. When you walk in, it feels a bit sparse, and the food court isn't exactly going to make anyone forget the culinary capitals of the world. But keep moving.
The real surprise is that the exchange itself is actually well-stocked with a solid selection of merchandise and plenty of the essentials you'd expect. It's not enormous, but it does a respectable job serving the community.
And then there's the barbershop.
If you're due for a haircut, don't let the modest exterior fool you. The barbershop alone is worth the visit and may end up being the hidden gem of the entire complex.
Overall, this exchange is a classic example of not judging a book by its cover. It may not be the biggest NEX or BX you'll ever visit, but once you get inside, you'll find it has a lot more to offer than first impressions suggest.”
