“Collision repair. I struck a deer while driving my Toyota Carolla. I filed a claim with my insurance company and this location was a preferred vendor. Repairs were completed before estimated time of completion. Sheila Hall and the team were great. I received updates through phone texts pertaining to repair work in progress. My first observation when I picked up the vehicle after repairs were completed was that the crash never happened. They can arrange for pick up and drop off of rental vehicles too if you need one. Happy with the repairs and glad to have my car back.

“After being told an appointment for an oil change was not necessary, yesterday I brought in my CRV & was told it would be completed in an hour. Not only was my vehicle finished when promised but the tech checked my service records, apprised me of upcoming maintenance & noted that currently the cabin filter needed changing, which I authorized.”

I can't say enough good things about The Lab and its owner! I had a unique situation with a 26-inch tire that needed to be mounted and balanced urgently, and The Lab really went above and beyond. Despite it being a closed day for them, the owner personally opened up the shop just to help me out.
He took his time, making sure everything was done to perfection, and spent a solid two hours ensuring that the tire was mounted and balanced exactly right. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. It’s rare to find a business that goes to this level for its customers. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about quality service, The Lab is it. Highly recommend for any tinting or custom wheel needs – they’ll treat you like family!”
“Thank you for the amazing service and exceptional paint job and car detail. My 2017 Lincoln SUV looks fantastic. It looks new again. You can't even tell where the old paint and the new paint start.
I brought my car in to have the hood repainted, after the weather had caused the paint to fail on the hood. Large white spots started appearing all over the hood. My SUV is black, so the contrast was unsightly.
John quickly inspected my car and sent me a very reasonable quote for the paint job, within hours of my visit. He immediately scheduled my appointment for Monday. After hearing that I wasn't able to get my car detailed as planned, he met with the detail shop next door and had the car fully detailed. I had my car back within a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his shop to anyone in need of a paint job or touch-up. AND, they guarantee their work for life!

“Came here on a Monday evening after jumping my car's battery. Called the store to have someone come out to check it. Chris came out and began testing. He was very informative about the current battery I had and what might be going on. I know nothing about cars and have felt that past workers in the auto industry take advantage of that, so I was fully prepared to bite the bullet and get a new battery. Chris was thorough and suggested he take it out and try to charge it with the store charger. I agreed. Not 20 minutes later he called and said unfortunately the amps on my battery were bad. He gave me my options for the new battery and installed it moments later. A sudden dead battery can be stressful but Chris at this location made it as easy as possible and ensured I had exhausted my options before committing to a new battery. I recommend him and this location for anyone in need of battery assistance!”

“I am so thankful to have discovered Sullivan's Auto Body. I scraped the back side of my new car in a parking garage bad enough where metal was showing. Sullivan's did a great job of making it look brand new. Even after I picked it up and later noticed some scrapes that remained, they took it back and fixed it to perfection. “After rotating and balancing with RNR, my ride is as smooth as glass. I have a lifted truck with 33” tires so it’s very easy to tell when the wheels are well balanced. If you care about long term tire wear and performance, it’s best to deal with true tire/wheel professionals such as these.
