Zach approached me and asked if I needed help I asked if they had the attachment and he immediately went and grabbed it for me and checked me out. Very good customer service. Quick and easy. Has to be a "corporate location" as the manager kindly explained to me) HOWEVER Rick (the manager) and one of his team immediately said " Hey we can help you box it up and you can just take it to the UPS store 2 doors up from us" And they did. “Rather than buying a new car, I recently brought my ancient Acura to Absolute Electronix to retrofit the car with a back-up camera, blind-spot detection system, and touch-screen receiver with wireless Apple CarPlay. They previously did a similar installation in my slightly less ancient WRX and, in between, replaced some blown-out speakers in the Acura. People have remarked that all the new gear looks like it was factory-installed and I heartily agree. Everything works as it's supposed to. These guys always do a great job, stand behind their work, and are a pleasure to deal with.”

The sales rep, Liam Wood, was extremely helpful in demonstrating several audio options and in responding to various technical questions we had over the purchase phase. When the products arrived, Liam very professionally delivered, unpacked, assembled, and tested all the components. We would highly recommend Gramophone to anyone who wishes to actually listen to audio options available and then desires exemplary customer service through the purchase.”

“I’m writing this in response to the review left by James Steel. With all due respect, it’s frustrating to see someone constantly complain about something as minor as music being played by store staff. These employees work long shifts and use music as a way to stay motivated and keep a positive atmosphere while doing their jobs.
As someone who also works in retail (at FedEx), I can say from experience that music makes a real difference during tough hours. It’s not unprofessional—it’s human. These are likely young workers just trying to get through their day. There’s no need to make their jobs harder with unnecessary complaints.
For the record, I’m not connected to Best Buy in any way—I’m just a regular customer. Every time I visit this location, I’m met with helpful, friendly service. I recently picked up an OLED TV, and the staff went out of their way to assist me with loading it into my car.
Let’s cut workers some slack and focus on what matters: good service and helpful support—which this store delivers every time.”

“Mohammed at Metro PCS Sterling is my "go to" guy for all of my tech repairs. At other stores the repairs are expensive.or can't be done. These guys are technician wizars who get the job done well at a reasonable price and time frame. They are perfectly transparent about ordering parts or even the challenges our problems associated with your particular model of computer. Enter the age of enlightenment on your tech maintenence.
