He has always been very anxious about the groomer and is not always on his best behavior when he is scared. They have been SO patient with him and have really worked to make his experience with grooming more positive. As an added bonus, he always looks great after grooming day. Highly recommend!

My two cats get stressed out by the car ride but after all the love and treats and petting from the staff and vet techs they are ready to have their annual exams and vaccines, no problem.
They are absolutely spoiled with toys and catnip by the end of the appointment and I love that the staff gets me checked out in the exam room so I dont have to juggle payment with two carriers and the stress of whatever other patients might be coming and goin in the waiting area.

VCA Herndon-Reston Animal Hospital
500 Elden St, HerndonToday was my first experience with VCA Animal Hospital and what a pleasant surprise. From the reception desk to Dr. Thigpen it was amazing. I was greeted so nicely and offered beverages and snacks while I waited. Once taken back to an exceptionally clean exam room, Milo my cat was treated so gently by Dr. Thigpen. She was thorough and kind. Milo received a microchip and it was done so quickly he didn’t even feel it. In conclusion I was extremely impressed by the whole place.

2553 John Milton Dr, HerndonI've been taking my elder cat here for over a year, and both Vets have been personable and knowledgeable. Love the front desk staff and the Vet Techs - I swear everytime I see them, they're covered in my kitty's fur from giving him love.
And most importantly - during a very scary medical emergency for my kitty, they A) caught the problem as it started, B) provided me appropriate care options immediately and C) supported his recovery completely. I really couldn't have asked for more.
The pricing is the same as any other Banfield location. The staff, on the other hand, are excellent.

On top of that they also give you tips on training and things you should keep an eye on and reinforce. Truly a great addition to our puppy’s life!! When I leave my puppy there I know she is safe, having fun and being very well taken care of.

I'm sure it's also easy to find if you are not staying at Hilton.. we are pilots and it's perfect for getting some lunch to go and Hilton desk has a refrigerator for holding it until shuttle time...best find for me in a long time! I had meatball sub today for there..,and California wrap and grilled chicken salad to go...Very Good!

Their head chef, Pericles, does an amazing job composing healthy and delicious meals using organic, whole plant ingredients. During my recent visit to the area, I tried the bbq jackfruit sandwich plate and it was delicious. I recently participated in the restaurant's 21 day kickstart program, where we were able to sample 42 different meals. They were all excellent, and they weigh 1 pound each so they are very filling. I had many favorites--too many to list-- but among my top choices were the fettuccine Alfredo, the Indonesian collards, the mushroom risotto, the Thai quinoa, and the tuna-less casserole. I enjoyed them so much that I ordered several meal plans to take home with me when I left the area. If you're driving to Herndon, I highly recommend you throw a cooler into the car so you can take home a batch of these when you leave. If you live within an easy drive of Herndon, Virginia – – lucky you!

I loved the flavor of the cauliflower and chikpea filling plus the spicy salsa verde was killer. I also had the chill juice drink and it was super flavorful and tasty!
