He has always been very anxious about the groomer and is not always on his best behavior when he is scared. They have been SO patient with him and have really worked to make his experience with grooming more positive. As an added bonus, he always looks great after grooming day. Highly recommend!

795 Station St, HerndonDominion Animal Hospital offered to let me do my new patient paperwork online prior to my appointment. They were very kind and gentle with my "angry" cat and used calming techniques to keep her calm and to keep themselves safe during the duration of her exam. They were also kind and gentle in handling my other cat and offered to get me in touch with a specialist to follow up on some health concerns they had about her. All members of the staff I met during my visit were kind and very professional.

500 Elden St, HerndonToday was my first experience with VCA Animal Hospital and what a pleasant surprise. From the reception desk to Dr. Thigpen it was amazing. I was greeted so nicely and offered beverages and snacks while I waited. Once taken back to an exceptionally clean exam room, Milo my cat was treated so gently by Dr. Thigpen. She was thorough and kind. Milo received a microchip and it was done so quickly he didn’t even feel it. In conclusion I was extremely impressed by the whole place.

2553 John Milton Dr, HerndonI've been taking my elder cat here for over a year, and both Vets have been personable and knowledgeable. Love the front desk staff and the Vet Techs - I swear everytime I see them, they're covered in my kitty's fur from giving him love.
And most importantly - during a very scary medical emergency for my kitty, they A) caught the problem as it started, B) provided me appropriate care options immediately and C) supported his recovery completely. I really couldn't have asked for more.
The pricing is the same as any other Banfield location. The staff, on the other hand, are excellent.

720 Jackson St, HerndonEveryone is very friendly and they give you honest feedback about your dogs behavior, which is most appreciated! It is also very clear how much they love and care for your dog! On top of that they also give you tips on training and things you should keep an eye on and reinforce. Truly a great addition to our puppy’s life!! When I leave my puppy there I know she is safe, having fun and being very well taken care of.

I loved the flavor of the cauliflower and chikpea filling plus the spicy salsa verde was killer. I also had the chill juice drink and it was super flavorful and tasty! 2521 John Milton Dr, HerndonDoordashed this place tonight and I am obsessed!!! This is the best thai green curry I've ever had, SOOOO flavorful, and I've ordered green curry many times in my life. I love spice but it was a lot for me, I wish you could slightly adjust the spiciness level but it was still amazing and not too overpowering. The portions sizes are perfect! I also wish they used tofu sheets/yuba instead of tofu cubes because they are soft and absorb the curry better, but the cubes were still moist and really good. I also had the chicken satay, which was also amazing, and I was super happy to see the peanut sauce was chunky This is 100% the best thai food place I've been to in the area and I can't wait to try out more items from the menu later
