12054 North Shore Drive Suite 100d, RestonI took my puppy here last weekend for his first visit for just an eye hair trim and nail trim. The staff were wonderful and made sure he was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. His groomer even gave us some tips on things we could practice at home to make his next grooming experience even smoother. Thank you Fur Factory! Pet Care
Just Cats Clinic
11401 North Shore Drive, RestonI cannot say enough good things about our first experience at Just Cats Clinic. Cosmic is a shy cat, so bringing him to a new veterinarian was something I had been genuinely worried about. The team understood that immediately and got us into a private room when he started panting in the waiting room to help minimize his stress.
Zach, our veterinary technician, was exceptional. He spoke to Cosmic in a whisper, moved slowly, and handled him with such gentleness and kindness. I honestly think Zach’s approach set the stage for the rest of the visit. It was obvious that he truly understood how to work with a frightened cat, and his calm presence made an enormous difference for both Cosmic and me.
Dr. Laura Golden was equally wonderful. This visit was such a contrast from our experiences elsewhere. Rather than immediately prescribing another round of antibiotics, she read his entire chart and listened carefully to Cosmic’s history, examined him thoroughly, and recommended specific testing to better understand the cause of his chronic symptoms. She was intentional in her approach and very clear about what she was testing, what we know so far, and what the next steps will be once the results return. I left the appointment feeling genuinely hopeful that my gentle little man will feel better soon.
Everyone was patient, compassionate, and reassuring. Despite how anxious Cosmic was initially, he came home walking normally, ate immediately, and seemed completely like himself. That says so much about the care he received. I am incredibly grateful to Zach, Dr. Golden, Charles, and the entire Just Cats team. They truly understand cats, and for that, I’m sincerely grateful.

Villaridge Pet Sitters LLC
11654 Plaza America Dr Box 657, RestonI cannot say enough how wonderful this company is.
I contacted the company and met our pet sitter, Tanya, a few days later. She came to my house and met my cat, who loved her instantly. She took notes on what to do to and where food/treats are.
She came twice a day exactly as planned and stayed for the agreed amount of time. She always sent an update immediately afterward detailing what she did, how my cat was doing, and she sent a collage of photos.
I felt so much better knowing that while I was away, my fur baby was being well-cared for.
I wholeheartedly trust Tanya to be in my home while away. In a world where you have to be wary of people, pet sitters from this company are honest and good.
If you’re taking a trip and cannot take your fur baby, call Villaridge. They’re the best!

rudy's friends dog training, Inc.
2310 Colts Neck Rd, RestonBeau and I are so thankful for the Puppy Manners class we took at Loyal Companion in Vienna, VA. Our trainers (Janice and Anne) were very responsive, and I appreciated their positive reinforcement approach to training. I see such an improvement in Beau's confidence and our bond is stronger since starting the class! This is the best value for price I've found in the area, and I've already signed up for the next level up (Basic Manners Made Easy). Thank you Rudy's Friends!

Call Your Mother Deli - Reston
1484 North Point Village Center, RestonLong time lover of Call Your Mother ever since I lived in DC, and very excited it is in Reston! However, while theyre usually on point about getting food orders correct, getting the right drink feels like a crapshoot. Three times in the last 5 months I've ordered a matcha latte and just gotten a regular coffee latte, and a separate time they forgot to finish my husband's coffee until i reminded them the cup was just sitting there. Very nice people but I have never had any other place be this chaotic with drink orders so I cannot give more than three stars.
Edit: updated because they were great with customer service response on this!
