They provide our firm with a VOIP phone system.Executive Systems and specifically their engineer, Song Pol, have provided our firm with THE BEST customer service. Song is knowledgeable, accessible, and always a pleasure to deal with.Our phone system has multiple lines. We have the ability to have different ring schedules depending on time of day and date. They were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during a very frustrating situation. Stephanie went above and beyond by providing a replacement device and resolving the remaining balance, ensuring the issue was finally taken care of. I am genuinely grateful to have been helped by them and they absolutely deserve recognition and raises.
Now for the not-so-great part..T-Mobile’s customer service call center was extremely unhelpful. I had to visit the store three separate times for the same issue involving a warranty exchange. The problem? The replacements were still connected to another account! Despite the multiple in store visits and the hours spent trying to resolve this, customer service insisted otherwise and even claimed I hadn’t been to the store as many times as I stated. The issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone, and the only solution offered was an account credit, which I did not want. I wasn’t looking for compensation honestly, I just wanted the problem fixed after investing so much time and effort.
Thankfully, the in store team stepped up where customer service failed. Without them, this issue would still be unresolved. Thank yall!”

1. Cynthia (Michelle) was exceptionally helpful and very patient with me even though my issue was a bit of a mess.
2. She explained everything so I could understand and allowed me to be myself as I got excited that she fixed my issue.
3. I will come to this location and ask for her by name and wait for her if I have any problems or purchases in the future.
4. I love that she is bilingual. She translated for a gentleman that came in and politely explained she would be with him shortly.
I'll end by giving this store 11

“If you have a Verizon issue, coming to this location is a complete hit-or-miss depending on who assists you. I spent the past week trying to resolve a major issue and dealt with at least six different associates. Half of them were entirely unhelpful, confidently fed me inaccurate information, and insisted nothing else could be done. The other half, however, were knowledgeable, possessed actual troubleshooting skills, and helped move me closer to a solution.
Charles, in particular, was absolute magic at getting things done. He immediately understood the situation, was willing to try new methods based on what I had learned from the corporate support center, and even walked me through different options to strategize the quickest solution. His problem-solving skills were incredibly impressive—in my opinion, he should be running this location.
That said, there is a massive operational disconnect between the Verizon call center and these on-site locations. Every associate I spoke with expressed frustration regarding what the support team told me needed to happen versus what actually could be done in-store. I even overheard other customers experiencing the exact same issue—being told one thing by the call center, only to be told something completely different by an on-site associate. This is a glaring flaw in Verizon’s business operations that will continue to cause major customer frustration until they find a way to align.
In summary: if you have to get an issue resolved at this location, ask for Charles. He is the best!”
“I was trying to upgrade my service and was having a hard time getting everything to work. The staff were nothing but helpful, especially Robert T and Hunter B. Hunter went above and beyond to get my internet working, even changing out the old wires in a panel in my bedroom closet to get the speed working properly. Robert immediately called me afterwards to make sure that I was up and running properly. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had from a service provider!”
