Today when we had the pleasure of seeing Nia again and complimenting her to April C (a manager), we got additional great service from Nia and April ! April explained Zane great training opportunities, treat and reward options, and even some of the free events at PetSmart such as celebration days.
This store is a great place for knowledge and for kindness!

Awesome service: they smile, the make you feel like family, I was Petsmart fan but now I go here because of them. Knowledable, kind, recommmending better products like catnip brands I disnt know about. Incredible service at the highest level! They made my day and made me feel like family: please promote them and give them a raise so they stay forever!

It’s such a great feeling when I arrive and my puppy gets so excited to see April. That tells me everything I need to know about how comfortable, loved, and well cared for he feels with her. And every time I pick him up, he looks absolutely handsome and adorable!
April is wonderful with him, and I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust with my baby. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who is not only talented but genuinely cares about the animals she works with! ❤🐾

Krystyna runs a great team; the most impressive part is the reliability – in the course of our time with them, there has never been a late or missed appointment. In addition, they send pictures and a status update upon each visit! The status update includes pictures of my dogs and what was done during the visit (bathroom, play, love, feeding, etc). Seeing these updates, truly sets us at ease during the day knowing that our dogs are getting love and attention! Would recommend A Barking Good Time for anyone needing the services they provide.

212 East Washington Street, SuffolkNansemond Brewing Station truly became our home away from home during our time in Suffolk. One of our very first experiences after moving here was a Paint & Sip with Elena, and from that night on, we felt like we had found our people. Elena and her friends welcomed us in like we were one of their own, and that warmth and sense of community is something we’ll always remember.
Over the years, we spent countless nights at NBS — attending events, listening to live music, meeting new people, laughing with friends, and just enjoying the atmosphere. Music Bingo quickly became our absolute favorite, and some of our best memories in Suffolk were made sitting around a table there.
The Tori Special was always my go-to, while the Hazy Firefly was my husband’s favorite. And you could always count on an amazing food truck being outside to complete the night. Special shoutout to Weng’s, Laos, and Javi’s Tacos — we definitely planned more than a few visits around who was serving food that night!
What makes Nansemond Brewing Station so special, though, isn’t just the beer, the events, or the food trucks. It’s the people. There is such a genuine sense of community here that can be hard to find, especially when you’re new to a city and trying to find your place.
NBS was one of the first places that made Suffolk feel like home, and it became one of the places we knew we had to visit again before leaving. We’re incredibly grateful for all the memories, friendships, laughs, Music Bingo nights, and Tori Specials along the way.
Nansemond Brewing Station is truly a gem of Downtown Suffolk, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts. ❤🍻

I love the colorful, cozy atmosphere and the friendly, attentive waiters and waitresses. They have a huge menu. I particularly love their enchiladas. They always have good music playing. They serve nice margaritas and piña coladas in HUGE glasses! It's a really great experience eating here!????

I didn't want to make a scene, so I quietly let my waitress know and asked to try the pizza instead (since that was my original thought). Kayla, the manager, came right over and apologized profusely. She expressed sincerity and accepted full responsibility. She offered a piece of cake, which was tempting, but I declined because the pizza swap was sufficient. Then she apologized a second time when I paid my deal and let's just say she gave me the family discount. Thank you for great service, Kayla!!

The food is always great. The staff has always been friendly, prompt, and helpful. This is a favorite and highly recommended. Ive had several menu items, the smashburger being a favorite.

Lovely people and great food is definitely a plus, but even if they were not so well, I don't judge. The one con, if I had to nit-pick, was the breaded meatballs. It called for Velveeta cheese, which is not actual cheese. It tasted nice, but it's not healthy for consumption. I'm sure they're probably cognizant of such.

Not sure who the bartender was that evening but the drinks were almost as good as the food. Also the food was great a the waiter did have knowledge on their different types of meat selection they have. I must say we would definitely be back if not for food then for drinks for sure

The pizza was so delicious it had nice thick crust that you know is fresh as can be! The pepperoni was so juicy and flavorful! My family and I will definitely be going back more often! 6130 College Dr, SuffolkWe came in here on Friday, as a group of younger looking girls, you don’t always know if you will get good service due to the waiter/waitress thinking we may not tip, this did NOT stop our waitress from the BEST service! We had Marie as our server on Friday, she was absolutely amazing, she answered all of our questions, was super quick, and never let us have an empty drink. I can only hope to have her as our waitress everytime.
