But with people they will love on all day. They took care of my girls and made sure they were safe and felt comfortable. We will be using them again. I love when my babies come home tired like they worked 3 jobs in one day. ?

Staff was nice and they even followed up and gave me a starter prescription for my boy. Convenient location and clean office, with spaced out appointments, for the animals. I would recommend!!!

634 McLean St, PortsmouthChristie has been pet sitting for us start of this year on 3 occasions (one being long trip). She does an awesome job keeping our pups safe and ensures their well being. We decided on using a pet sitter instead of boarding because One of my dogs has IVDD and it requires special attention to risk and the other dog being a senior and bad eyesight, my dogs both love being at home. it was hard to trust anyone until Christie helped us. She even cleared our minds when we thought the iron was on lol.

36 Dekalb Ave, PortsmouthMy experience with TC Canines was a very positive one. I was introduced to him by a gentleman in my neighborhood that had a very well trained dog. I reached out to TC Canines and expressed what I was looking for. I sought out a trainer PRIOR to having a dog. I wasn’t even sure he would take me serious as I did NOT have the dog yet. I explained exactly what I was looking for. I was certain that I wanted a rescue that was lovable and sorta low energy. Travis (owner) went around to various shelters and found the perfect furry companion. Who even does that… drive around and SEEK a dog? Anyway, now that he found her, time to train. Training (for me and her) was easy to understand and implement. My family now has a well behaved, one year old little snuggle bug. In about 1 more year, I will again seek out TC Canines for advanced obedience training.
I am forever grateful for TC Canines and highly recommend. Training techniques are gentle and effective. He truly understands dog psychology.

622 Effingham St Ste A, PortsmouthThe place has a bit of a canteen feel to it, and the seating area isn’t particularly inviting. That said, the food more than makes up for it. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and served in generous portions at very reasonable prices. The service was also friendly and quick.
If you’re coming primarily for good food rather than atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The food was excellent, and the welcoming atmosphere was made even better by Kelsey’s exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about her customers. She made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. To be honest, Kelsey is the best server I’ve ever had. Great food is always appreciated, but service like hers is what makes you want to come back. The BierGarten is lucky to have her!

4022 Seaboard Ct, PortsmouthThey make the adoption process easy and affordable here, unlike some of the other shelters in the area. Found a handsome lil fella here. I do wish that there was a choice in having to neuter your dog, before adoption though. I would have chosen, not to have that done. Other than that, Thankful for Peanut!!! Will be donating to them on a regular basis.
