1275 N Military Hwy, NorfolkWent to PetSmart in Norfolk at 7 AM to get my pup groomed, and Lauren C greeted us with the biggest smile! She was so cheerful and welcoming, especially that early in the morning lol. She asked what I wanted for my pup’s cut, and she absolutely delivered!

846 West 45th Street, NorfolkWe have been boarding our dogs here since they were young. They have always come home happy. Recently my boy became ill 48 hours before a week long trip. Michelle was incredible-she monitored my boy, advocated to our vet when he needed help, PICKED UP additional medication and administered it to him, all with compassion. I do not believe he would have been cared for in this manner at any other facility. I am eternally grateful to all the staff who looked after them during this stressful time.

Compared to another daycare facility he goes to, their drop off/pick up times are SO fast. It takes less than 2 minutes to do both! The staff also frequently sends pictures and videos while he is there which always make my day!

7920 Chesapeake Boulevard Ste b, NorfolkSo I had my appointment for a nail trim cancelled by PetSmart at 6pm the night before I leave for vacation so I was left scrambling to find a place. Not a single PetSmart location within 20 miles would honor my appointment time but I received a call back from this place immediately when they opened offering to have me walk in at noon for it.
They were immediately there with clippers, no wait AT ALL and cared enough to offer me the ability to hold my cat so she would be more comfortable.
They were super super fast and not a single short clip on any of her nails and they got front and back while she was held up to my chest. Even went over their work quick to make sure that all the sharp tips of the claws were removed.
Excellent folks here and I will only be coming back to TM if I need services for my girl. Extremely grateful they were willing to help me out with 0 notice.

I’m now making the best espresso I’ve ever had (better than coffee shops) and the customer service was SO incredible. I actually can’t wait to come back. The Brazilian cerrado has been my favorite so far. THANK YOU! I’m so happy to have somewhere like this near home!!!

The restaurant is always clean. It's a locally owned small business that is owner operated. They sell an assortment of fresh butchered meats as well as imported goods such as pasta and wine and olive oil from Italy but I love that they also offer local wine selections. They offer fresh baked goods such as desserts and breads. Their sweet focaccia is to die for ! It always sells out pretty quickly. They also offer a lunch menu that features burgers and sandwiches which are also great. This is one of my top 10 Norfolk eateries for sure !

The service was incredible and the food was to die for. The head chef there is a wizard in the kitchen who crafts the most decadent meals. The salmon was best salmon I've ever had and my wife's gnocchi was right up there. If you're ever in Norfolk go there and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Loads of options to drinks - coffers, teas, lemonade, etc. Plus a generous breakfast & lunch menu, and ice cream, as well! The staff was great - very kind and hospitable! The playlist was perfect for a September morning to do some work and enjoy and iced pumpkin coffee and little breakfast sandwich. There were many people here for all kinds of reasons - to work, catch up, or visiting downtown. Great spot for anyone looking for a good cup.

The wait staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The food itself was all hot and incredibly packed with flavors and came out hot. I would definitely come back for the Burger Night and take advantage of a farm to table style menu. My brother also enjoyed the cocktails and their dessert for his birthday!

Great pizza and wings close by and a local recommended poke bowl spot, and sometimes when it's nice outside you get to see the firefighters wash their trucks. Or occasionally see a firefighter in person just getting some steps in our checking on area safety!

501 Front Street, NorfolkI want to give a massive shout-out to PETA and their incredible team. Today, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my baby (Hollie) down because she was in so much pain on a daily basis. It is an agonizing choice both mentally and emotionally, and it's even harder when other veterinary clinics are asking for $700+ when you are already in a tough financial place.
PETA made it possible for her to have a peaceful ending to her story without putting me under crushing financial stress. She was a little light of mine from childhood, to my current adult years. Helping me through some of the worst moments of my life, and through some of the best… it was only fair that I return the same favor by not allowing her to suffer anymore. I especially want to thank Ms. Hollie…who ironically shares the same name as my baby, and the kind gentleman who assisted her (I am so sorry I can’t remember your name, as I could barely think straight trying to hold it together).
You were both absolute angels. You thoroughly explained the process and guided me with such grace every step of the way. You deserve the world, and even though I wasn't in the right mental space to thank you properly in the moment, I am endlessly grateful❤
