“Traded in my truck for a Bronco at Haley Ford last week. Every step of the way was seamless. My salesperson was Alex - he met me at the door when I arrived for my appraisal and test drive. Throughout the process, Alex was helpful, personable, and efficient. This was actually my first purchase from anywhere other than CarMax, and I was a little nervous about the stories I’ve heard about “high pressure” sales tactics at dealerships. Not at Haley Ford, and not with Alex. I never felt pressured to buy. In addition, the paperwork, finance application, and closing on the deal was smooth and fast - it felt like less than 30 minutes. Much easier than I ever experienced elsewhere.
I also want to shout out Alex for personally detailing my new Bronco and removing some lettering from the exterior before I drove away with it. Way above and beyond!
I will return to Haley Ford when the time comes to buy or sell again, and I would highly recommend that anyone else do the same.”

“Johnny hooked it up! Needed rust spots fixed on my hood & rear hatch, plus a dent pulled out of my bumper. Johnny, true to his name, was less than half the cost quoted by both Dorn’s and Caliber. He only charged me for the hood and hatch, painted the bumper he fixed on his own, and buffed my headlights. Incredible value. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I had the misfortune of being in an accident. However, from the accident, I was very fortunate to find my way to L&M Body Shop. I met Kendall and Allie who were my guides through the whole process, including contacting Enterprise for a rental. After droppping off my car, Billy would call and infom me of the progress on my car from receiving the ok for the estinate, receiving the car parts into the shop to begin repairs, to explaining that he didn't approve of the trim that was sent and would be switching it out. I really appreciate Billy's attention to detail for my 2014 Honda, and the professional quality work of his staff, who returned it to me, looking like new.”

“Although the repairs on my vehicle are not complete yet, my experience here so far has been excellent. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the team handling my vehicle—has been incredibly helpful and has taken the time to explain each step clearly.
I especially want to thank the front desk staff member who has helped me each time I’ve visited. I wish I had asked for her name, but I didn’t get a chance. She is usually seated on the left side of the front desk from the customer’s perspective, and she was the person who helped me sign the paperwork for my vehicle today. She has always been incredibly kind, patient, and thorough when explaining everything to me, and I truly appreciate all of her help.
As an immigrant, dealing with a car accident in the U.S. can honestly feel overwhelming, especially when you are unfamiliar with how the insurance and collision repair process works. Every time I have had a question, the team has answered it clearly and patiently, which has made the entire process much less stressful for me. Their help and support have truly meant a lot.

My experience definitely had a rough start. After my car was “finished” the first time, we quickly realized that several of the original issues had not been fixed—and some were actually worse or had been completely missed. I was honestly baffled that I was allowed to drive off the lot near closing time with my car in that condition.
I called the next day and explained everything that was going on, and Eric immediately stepped up. Within just a few hours, he had me in a rental car and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car and have it looked at again. He made sure it was sent to a more reliable mechanic rather than back to NTB, where I had not had a good experience.
From that point on, both Eric and the team at Precision Tune kept me updated throughout the entire process. Within 48 hours, I had my car back, everything was properly fixed, and it was driving even better than before!
While the experience didn’t start out the way I had hoped, I really appreciate how Eric took ownership of the situation and made sure it was handled quickly and professionally. Things can go wrong, but how someone handles it afterward makes all the difference—and Eric absolutely made it right.

“My car was totaled in an accident recently and it was a very stressful situation. Johnny and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to get the issue resolved with the insurance company. They were professional, polite, and courteous. Johnny was upfront and honest about everything throughout the whole process. “Outstanding service and communication. Immaculate repair on our Teslas x2. Reasonably fast repairs. Only concern is that it is extremely expensive to repair Teslas and some insurance plans do not cover what Burleigh’s charges. It’s the only Tesla certified shooting RVA, and they do excellent work, but the bill is going to sting.”
