“Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. I felt like I was hated and unwelcome.”

He was super patient (because I was getting frustrated lol. Still having issues but I think it’s an issue with the watch) Definitely a 100% better experience than the other locations I’ve been too.

“While at first it seemed like it was going to be a long wait and there was no real organization, the staff quickly got to us and allowed our trade-ins to take place.
The staff was friendly. The only problem was the showroom was kinda scattered and didn't seem up-to-date or well stocked. Also, its kind of out of the way. It looks close from Mercury, but it's off in the cut.”

I walked in knowing what I wanted and he didn't pressure me about anything but answered my questions, looked into deals for me, and let me know what would be the best deal all around. When I didn't understand part of the promotion he explained patiently and with friendliness. I really appreciated the respect he showed me.”
