“Jon was excellent to deal with, very helpful but my new S23FE I bought direct from Samsung has been nothing but frustrating. Two days, three trips to the store, and I'm still having issues and traveling for ten days. Five stars to Jon, two for the 23.”

“I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Marquis! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Marquis took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I walked out completely satisfied with my service. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way he does. If you’re heading to Verizon, I highly recommend asking for Marquis—you won’t be disappointed!”

“Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. I felt like I was hated and unwelcome.”

“Eric tried his best to help me pair my watch (which I got from another dealer, which told me it would be easy to pair which it wasn’t and still having issues) to my phone. He was super patient (because I was getting frustrated lol. Still having issues but I think it’s an issue with the watch) Definitely a 100% better experience than the other locations I’ve been too. Thanks again for all your help, Eric!”

“While at first it seemed like it was going to be a long wait and there was no real organization, the staff quickly got to us and allowed our trade-ins to take place. The staff was friendly. The only problem was the showroom was kinda scattered and didn't seem up-to-date or well stocked. Also, its kind of out of the way. It looks close from Mercury, but it's off in the cut.”

“Kyn was awesome, very courteous and very knowledgeable about the process of getting a new phone. I walked in knowing what I wanted and he didn't pressure me about anything but answered my questions, looked into deals for me, and let me know what would be the best deal all around. When I didn't understand part of the promotion he explained patiently and with friendliness. I really appreciated the respect he showed me.”
