“I highly recommend this place! I broke my Google pixel 7 pro screen and was quoted $550 at the place in greenbrier mall so I contacted CPR and they quoted me at almost $200 less. Buying the screen online myself was $209 and they were not too much above that price. They were very kind and worked very fast to get my phone part ordered and the phone fixed. I had a glitch on my phone that they tried to repair after I paid and got my screen fixed. They are big advocates for their customers!! I will definitely be going back here if anything else breaks!!”

SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING AND SHE MANAGED TO JUGGLE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS AT A TIME AND WAS ABLE TO GREET EACH CUSTOMER UPON ENTRY. “There's a new Walmart greeter at Frederic Blvd Walmart, and he's awesome. He seems to be one of those "extra mile" people who goes above and beyond what is expected of a job. Most greeters would politely greet the customers as they push their cart with a crazy squeaky wheel through the sliding doors, or some greeters may simply manage a slight nod. But Ed attacks the customers with a greeting that lets them know he MEANS it. As a shopper who is accustomed to the casual smiles and nods, I temporarily jumped out of my skin when Ed shouted at me as I walked through the door. "HOW are you DOING???!! ... HAVE a great SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!", he yelled, tossing in air punches like a little league coach. Once I peeled myself from the ceiling and accepted the change, I gave him a thumbs up. People aren't always happy when they have to go shopping. We are tired. We have already battled a portion of the day dealing with people who don't appreciate us. And I admit, I don't spend enough of my day appreciating people for what they do or just who they are. A simple smile from across the room is enough to keep our weary selves going through the day. Smiles are free! We are social people, and we learned this important fact more than ever during the Covid-19 lock-down. We are still practicing some of the restrictions we began over a year ago. Simple smiles today are difficult to recognize under the mask. I joke around with people, but half of what I say is misinterpreted because they can't see my facial expressions. Have you TRIED hugging someone six feet away? I feel like we're back in elementary school with classmates accusing me of having cooties, only now they pull out the hand sanitizer and bathe themselves in it after I hand them a pen. So, when I walked into Walmart today, greeted by Ed; and as I continued to shop, listening - and quietly laughing to myself - as he greeted new shoppers strolling through the door, I recognized it as a time to stop and appreciate people around me. Not just Ed, but the cashier who rang us up, the worker on the floor who apologized for being in my way, when I was preventing them from doing their job, and all the unseen workers who make my shopping experience easier by their hard work. It was an uplifting experience for a hum-drum day that started and ended with Ed. I guess you could say Ed put the beat back in my drum. On my way out the door, cart loaded with goodies that took no time depleting our bank of money that took weeks to earn, I noticed Ed was a no-nonsense type of guy. He doesn't appear to waste the company time taking water breaks; he brought his own. And as I walked toward him with receipt in hand, Ed shouts, "WHAT have you got for me?! LET me SEE HERE!" I handed him the receipt to prove I didn't steal the groceries. He didn't pretend to look at the receipt and count the purchased items to make sure everything added up (nobody falls for that); Ed simply took the receipt, glanced at it and handed it back with "HAVE a nice DAY!! COME back AGAIN!!" I WILL be returning, and each time I do, I'll be looking forward to Ed's greeting! Next time, I'll be more mentally prepared to keep my feet on the ground. Thank you, Ed, for a pleasant shopping experience, coming and going!”
